I’ve Purchased 2 vehicles now from Big Jon’s Auto, and all I can say is they are absolutely trustworthy and their customer service is unmatched. I’ve walked away with not a single ounce of regret or stress with my new vehicle. You can rest easy when you purchase from Big Jon’s auto. I appreciate their customer service and help even after I’ve made my purchases.
EDIT: I purchased a 2011 Camaro and now a 2021 GMC Sierra. The Camaro had some minor details but they took care of it for me when they could have easily said no which is why I recommend this dealership.

I came in here looking for the car i wanted and they had it and gave me the best deal out there, and the fastest deal I have ever done as well. No haggling on warranty's, no haggling on my trade in, everything went super smooth. A week later there was a sensor needing to be replaced and they took care of me no questions asked and even gave me a loaner while my car was being repaired! I will definitely go back here and recommend people I know to shop for used cars here because they know how to take care of their customers. Thank you Jordan and Cassie for taking care of me and my family when it came to our car needs!

Dealership is great. They will negotiate with the banks to try to get a deal done on your behalf, Marcos went above and beyond to get me in a vehicle in which I am very grateful, big jons has my business in the future.

If I could give zero stars I would. They sold me a lemon. I have spent $1000s fixing up the car from the engine dying within the first month, to the coolant leaking into the engine with no warning light until the car was smoking while I was driving on I-70, to constantly having a cylinder 3 misfire error appear on my dash. Both back tires’ hubcaps were rusted to the bolts so I had to pay a large amount to get those drilled off and replaced when I got a flat tire, replaced all the spark plugs, and the head gasket finally blew without warning from the coolant leaking again after just being repaired. I regret ever buying this car and wish I would’ve gotten rid of it sooner. If I could go back in time and not buy this car I would. The staff was overly attentive when I bought the car, and now I see why. It was my first time purchasing a car and I feel taken advantage of. Do not buy from them.

Great place with great customer service! Not only are the people friendly but they stick to their word and make sure your car is good to go! Marcos was great and helped me get the car I was looking for and even made sure my AC was fixed. Jordan was also nice and made sure I had everything I needed while there. Cassie was awesome and not only had my title ready when I went to pick up my car but also explained everything I needed to know and showed me the best places to go when getting my car registered!

I've bought several vehicles from Big Jons Autos in the past year or two, and their service has been consistently outstanding.
