If I could rate 0 stars I would. Didn't even walk into the store and I was being barked at for locking my bike up very unprofessional and there's and bunch of homeless hanging out front. Disgusting!

Bought my first "real" gold chain there. Staff was all kind, & courteous. They worked with me on pricing. Definitely a place to shop if you like to barter. Not to mention, from the weight of the chain, and the value I was getting..I began to sweat bullets. Then, a classy lady, offered me water, or soda. One of the last "True" merchants.

I took a 50 Wyoming Goldback 1/20 Troy ounce see pics and he told me it was plated and without even looking it up or being professional with manners he ignored me and started to help the customer behind me. They don’t know what there talking about and worse they are rude every time I have gone there. I used to just ignore it because they were the best ones when they opened .Went from the best to worse pawn shop in Denver. What happened in the last 10 years ? Forget about taking your stuff there they only take the best pay the less you would get more selling it at a garage sale

Not professional at all, had a buddy try to pick up his package here and the package had been delivered from ups to there. Had one of our friends try to get the package as an authorized user and they declined it. We ended up calling this place and the lady over the phone was super aggressive, rude, and disrespectful. She had ended up cursing at us. Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. She should honestly be fired for how she spoke to us. I highly recommended never going here for any services you need.

I was calling around to see how much shops were paying for American Silver Eagles. I couldn’t believe my ears when I called “Big Daddy”! Whoever answered actually had the nerve to tell me that they pay $3-$5 a coin! If they’re going to rob people who are selling silver coins, don’t be surprised that they’ll rob you of whatever it is that you’re trying to sell. Just so you have an idea about how absolutely ridiculous his offer was, about 20 min later I got an offer from an honest store, paying $26.90 per coin. These guys don’t even deserve one star! I don’t care how desperate you are for money, but please think about it, if you’re going to sell anything to these shady people. I see there were responses to other reviews, so please explain why I was offered so little, “Big Daddy”
