Terrible customer service. Returned a dud laptop today after buying it last night. They did not have a replacement available in store. I inquired regarding purchasing an upgraded model in lieu with some discount (given my trouble of driving over twice and also not being able to use the dud laptop bought the day before). The branch manager Zach outright refused. Given the number of items I buy from best buy annually this is rather disappointing. When I told Zach I will take my business elsewhere off course moving forward, his reply was "we will be okay", not the response any customer would expect. In the past my experience at many other best buy locations have been very positive and this was completely out of character compared to those. Off course if my business is not valued I see no point in continuing to purchase from best buy moving forward.

Zach, Store Manager is rude. I highly suggest shopping elsewhere. Crazy how someone can be so condescending and mean when you pay so much for products at Best Buy. Phillip and the other rep were super kind….then Zach made my experience HORRIBLE. I’ll never shop at Best Buy again. Zach, I would advise you to look for a job FARRRR AWAY from customer service.

I came to this store bc we had ordered online to pick up! Felt the rudeness when you first stepped inside the store. I felt we were being judged by our appearance. Your door man Matt (Matthew) and his dog are definitely privileged at this store! He is a very rude person. How he answered our questions he was rude he checked us out at the pickup desk and he was rude there as well. I really wanted to cuss him out that's how pissed off I was about how rude he was towards me and my husband. I felt so much stereotyping with his attitude. Y'all need to be nice your customers not all of us are bad. I'm not going to tolerate the rudeness when I was just coming to pick up my order I made. Plus I'm not from Colorado and y'all are very rude people here. Thanks for the worst customer service experience. That was our first time there and will be our last time coming back.

Best buy continues to be for the scalpers. Their online drops are so filled with bugs that no normal person with a 9-5 job can get items. In-store drops are chaotic events that again cater to scalpers or events plagued by misinformation, poor store management, and rude employees. Best buy is a trap. They offer hot products are such limited qualities, that they dont care who the product goes to, even if it hurts their average consumer. Sony, pokemon, Samsung, have all figured out how to drop hot products without any issues. Best buy chooses to make it impossible.

We had a great experience working with Ancil Binoy and Ryan at Best Buy. Ryan was really patient and knowledgeable about the products, and Ancil went above and beyond to make sure our experience was excellent. He even worked late to help us out. We've bought appliances from him before, and his recommendations have always been spot on. Both of them made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend them!

The nicest Best Buy I’ve ever seen they literally have everything you could imagine inside. I mean, they even have vacuum, cleaners, and washers and dryers and electric bikes, and electric scooters. They have two rooms in the back left that are all set up for Testing surround sound speakers and it’s probably the coolest room I’ve ever been inside!

If you're in Best Buy and looking for help with electronics (especially printers!) ask for Grant! Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, but he will go out of his way to find you the best deal. He saved us about $100 on a printer - we wound up getting a better printer for LESS MONEY than the one we originally intended to purchase - with a membership included to boot! He was amazing!

I’d like to give a shout-out to ‘Gerardo’ for his inharmonious customer service—just what I needed. Here’s the backstory: I visited the store to pick up my TV. When I arrived, a very kind gentleman (I didn’t catch his name, but he had glasses and braces) assisted me immediately. He then asked Gerardo to help load my truck. After one attempt, they gave up, and Gerardo bluntly said, ‘It’s not gonna fit and we can’t help. Have a good night.’ I ended up loading my TV into the truck myself without any issues. As I left, I went back into the store to ask for Gerardo’s name. The moral of the story is: keep your assumptions to yourself and only speak on what you know—in the end, my TV fit perfectly, even though Gerardo guessed otherwise.

Super helpful!! I’m travelling in from Australia and needed help finding an adapter so my Australian electronics could plug into American sockets. Probably not a problem they see very often, but they helped problem solve and find the right product. They even let me experiment and double check that the product was working and solving my problem. Really really appreciated their help! And they also helped me organize a data plan while I’m travelling here.
So, I thought that the staff were very friendly and eager to be helpful, as well as being quite competent and full of knowledge. And a special thank you to the Geek Squad. One of your guys wandered over to help me even though I was outside of your area. That was cool and I appreciated it.
Also, you all made this trans girl feel totally safe and welcome. Thank you 💕💕

FRAUD!!!!! 30 minutes waiting for 1 coffee that never came! There is no one that knows how or will cancel your order, all phone numbers offered are immediately canceled once called, never order anything here!
