Took my B9 Audi to guys at Berg and couldn't have been happier with their work. Got burned by a smaller shop in town and Martin was able get me scheduled asap. Jesus and Matt worked on my car and we're very professional and knowledgeable. Would not hesitate to bring my car back, extremely satisfied.

Second to none - Berg is the ONLY place I trust to bring my Audi’s for maintenance and otherwise. The team there is knowledgeable, meticulous and friendly. Their passion for these vehicles and industry is made evident in the high quality work they return. Dimitri has been fantastic to work with over the years, along with every other member of the team I have had the pleasure of interacting with. Cole led the team at Berg Performance . He was able to diagnose and fix issues that the Porsche dealership was unable to address. Cole’s communication has been excellent. His work has been top-notch. The owner is a good guy as well. If you don’t bring your Porsche off road rig here, you are CRA.
Seriously though, these guys are extremely knowledgeable and get the job done. They are passionate about off roading. Apparently, they are good at road race stuff and exotics also. Many thanks!

I specifically worked with Cole and Martin during my first visit at Berg, and it was nothing short of magnificent. They worked with me to completely overhaul the suspension on my Golf. Not only does it ride fantastic, but they sent me photos, updates, and communicated with me throughout the process.
The people here really have a passion for European vehicles and it shows. Excited to be back next time, thank you!

Just found these guys based on forum reviews. I brought my R8 in for an evaluation after another Audi dealer service shop said I needed new struts, a 5 figure repair and a well known weak point on the R8. After an evaluation, the team at Berg told me that my struts were actually fine and that they could not in good faith recommend a replacement at this time. I was ready to replace them and was already evaluating my options. The integrity it takes to turn down a sure thing is really impressive and speaks volumes about how these guys run their shop. Needless to say, I’m now a convert and will be going nowhere else for service. THIS is how you grow a business and create loyalty.

Berg Performance is a first class facility. I’ve been taking my cars here for years, for maintenance, performance modifications, PPI’s, etc… their staff is exceptional, knowledgeable and professional. Their facilities are always spotless and tidy. Definitely the only ship in town I trust to take care of my vehicles, everything DOES matter here!

Once in a blue moon do you come across mechanics even half as meticulous as Bobby. He’s extremely detail oriented and picked up on things that a 20 year Porsche master tech missed. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else.

**Final Update: I stopped by Berg to have them review the work done by the other shop, and they had great things to say about that work and found a few small areas to improve on. Everyone was super accommodating and apologize profusely for the prior miss in communication. I’ll be back with them for sure!
*I am adding an update to this review as after I posted the owner of Berg got in touch with me and we spoke about this entire scenario. There was an unfortunate technology error where my e-mails got filtered by spam and so it appeared that I never responded. I had a great conversation with the owner and he made sure I knew nothing was intentional on their end. He also offered multiple times to make this right, and I’ll definitely be coming back in so that they can take a look at my car and make sure everything was done correctly by the other shop. Overall unfortunate scenario, but anyone reading this should definitely know Berg will do a good job on your car.
I took my Audi SQ5 there for some routine work (oil changes, alignments, tire swaps, etc.) and always had a good experience. The upstairs area where you can get coffee and do some work is great too.
I unfortunately won’t be going back after a poor experience. I hope that this is a one off event, but I inquired about a quote for a lot of work on my Audi in upgrades. The quote they provided was on the higher side, so I pursued other options. The owner reached out after a month or so and inquired as to what the status was of the project. I told him that I had gotten a reputable shop to provide an option for significantly less ($3k vs. $4.2k) but that if he wanted to try and compete they could. After some back and forth with the owner around price and what needed to be done the owner ended up just ghosting me and never saying this was something they could do or they’d need to respectfully decline. It was pretty disappointing since I enjoyed going there but won’t be coming back. Fair warning for anyone looking at a big project, do some research into other shops who won’t charge you as much but will still get the work done well.

I want to begin that saying once you buy an Audi, Porche, or VW, and you take it to Berg; You are family. They treat you with respect that you would get from a family member. Then and not second to their service to you, is the knowledge and experience they have on the cars they fix. Lastly you get free Merch and drinks and a place to lounge at. Amazing!
I will keep buying Audis’ just to stay in the Berg Family.

I’ve been bringing my Audi and Porsche cars to Aaron and the Berg team since the company was founded (and even before that). They’re straight shooters, settle for nothing less than perfection, and are probably the most honest and qualified shop in the Rocky Mountain region.
Aaron runs a tight ship and has created a fantastic motto for doing things right the first time. Should something be mistakenly overlooked, Berg takes full responsibility and immediately takes the appropriate action to make it right. Although they’re probably not the least expensive shop in town, Berg is extremely competitive and quite frankly, price repairs and modifications accordingly when you factor in workmanship by certified technicians and the peace of mind they provide their customers knowing whatever work was performed was done with a level of excellence and care.
In summary, I would never dream of taking my cars anywhere else. From everyday maintenance to full blown modifications, you can rest assured your prized German auto is in the best of care with Berg Performance! Just like the catch phrase, “Porsche, there is no substitute,” the same holds true for Berg Performance, there is no substitute.
