I really wanted to like this place and give them a top notch review. I grew up in nail salons, given my parents owned them, so I know high quality work. And quite frankly this just isn’t it. $80 for a gel manicure and classic pedicure. Got my nails done on Wednesday for a party on Saturday and by Friday three of my gel mani nails were already chipping. The left hand is completely fine and the right is just falling apart. I could tell there was an issue after I left the salon and saw that the right hand nails weren’t anywhere near as shiny as the left. The technician just did a rush job and didn’t paint the gel top coat all the way down to the edge of my nail.
Too expensive for too poor of quality. Can’t recommend.

I was disappointed today.
The tech didn’t scrub the dead skin off of my feet. My feet are just a rough as they were when I went in. She was sweet and kind, but will never go back here. I could have painted my own toes at home.
It was $74 and I left a $15 tip. I realized when arrived home just how bad it was. I’m sticking to Blue Sky Nails in Glendale.

I’ve been a customer for I think 12 years now. Consistent, kind, extremely proficient and professional staff. Jin bought the place a few years ago, and she runs it so well. It’s always a pleasure to come here. Here’re some pics of their work over the years. Thank you, Jin, and your staff for treating me and my family so well.

The ladies at Bee Nails are so kind and accommodating!! I found them over a year ago and have been a loyal customer ever since. My gel manicures always come out looking so clean and amazing. I used to hate getting pedicures but they do such a lovely job here and really go above and beyond with the massages and exfoliation. Highly recommend :)

I've been coming here for years. I don't see a particular person and can say I've had Manis and Pedis done by everyone at this point. I love the atmosphere and they always do a great job. The few times I have had an issue they have addressed it with no fuss. Lastly, I never book more than a few hours to a day in advance and most of the time they can accommodate me which I always appreciate.

i've been coming here for about a year and have never had a bad experience. i don't specifically request anyone because i don't need to; everyone is good. i have experienced about half of the nail techs and truly would make an appointment with anyone. also their customer service is great as well. note that i do make appointments in advance, i get a regular polish pedicure and a gel manicure. i would not schedule two spa treatments; i prefer pedicure spa and basic manicure with gel.

I have been coming here for years for pedicures and I love B nails! They are nice, organized, and always do a great job. You can tell they have tons of other regulars as well. Highly recommend!

Generally, I don’t like leaving bad reviews. I feel particularly bad when it’s a small business, but I feel I need to let other potential customers know what they’re walking into.Pros:-I thought my appointment was at 1:30, and so I arrived at 1:20 thinking I was early. I was advised that my appointment was actually at 1:00, but was swiftly accommodated none-the-less.-The woman whom did my pedicure was pleasant as the woman that did my partner’s pedicure.Cons:-My pedicure lasted maybe twenty minutes and the water was lukewarm. I asked her to add some hot water three times, and was either ignored or not understood.-The hot stone and massage portion of my pedicure was incredibly soft, but I understand some people prefer it that way.-I asked if they had the ability to add an extension to my nails for the dip. The woman said no, but then I later saw they were adding extensions to another woman’s nails…?-If you’re looking for dip nails that are white, avoid #107. Once she put the final coat on them, they were obviously ballerina sparkly pink. I asked her for the Dip Book to show her that they were pink and showed her they were more similar to #115. Three women tried to gaslight me into that the color on my nails was white. Picture included for reference.-After they’d completed a less-than-satisfactory job on my nails, the woman had the audacity to harass me for a tip… even after I gave her a $10 cash tip.I don’t know if they ultimately just didn’t care about us because we were initially late, but I would have rather they told us to reschedule or wait than give me (not so much my partner) subpar service. There was no real apology, no offer to fix their mistake, no off of any kind of discount. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

Love this place! Atmosphere is impeccably clean and relaxing and I got one of the best gel manicures of my life. The employees are so kind as well.

Disappointed with my last visit here. My toe nails were smudged a bit but I noticed after I left. Also they usually give a nice calf massage and arm and shoulder massage with your mani pedi and I felt like the person doing my mani/pedi just seemed very put out and didn’t do a very good job. The time before when I came they did a fabulous job and very nice massage. She completed my nails after I gave my tip and apparently I did not tip her what she felt she should be tipped because she completed my nails then walked away without a thank you or anything.

They really pamper you here and even during the pedicure gave me a shoulder massage. They do a great job and are so nice, definitely recommend

Extremely overpriced. Rude service. My friend loves B nails and wanted to take the 4 of us for a birthday celebration. My gel pedicure (basic pedicure, no add ons) was 75$. It was a minimal leg massage and done in 38 minutes. I have been going to M Vince and 5th ave nails, and pay way less for a gel pedicure that lasts over an hour with lots of massage time. On top of that, the staff rushed us and was rude. We made reservations at 4 and we did not walk in. My toes look fine, but i will not be back. Service is everything these days.

I came here last week to get a set done. I had some miscommunications with my technician about what I wanted and they didn’t come out how I had initially wanted. I haven’t gotten my nails done in a long time and wasn’t sure how to ask for what I wanted. I spoke up about how I wasn’t happy with them and they were very accommodating. Jin helped by reshaping them how I was wanting and was very kind about it! I definitely will be returning here.

Amazing place, kind staff. My artist Angela fixed my gel nails for free AMF was very nice! Definitely coming back !

Friendly staff who were able to take me as a walk-in. I'm happy with the results. They even throw in a mini shoulder massage at the end!
