Check the delivery before they unload it! I got some great growing soil (pick-up) and some gravel (delivered) from here. They are very nice to deal with and the prices are good, but my only problem was that the gravel was like 30% very fine crushed dust. I didn't realize that until it was sitting in a huge pile in my driveway so I used it anyway but now plants are taking root and growing out of it. Pretty disappointing.

My experience at Bedrock was fantastic. I made five different trips throughout the day for product and each time they remember what I needed, were friendly and extremely time efficient. When filling our truck, I had a tarp down. It was a windy day and they would pause dumping rocks so I could fix the tarp. Our truck was weighed before and after each load to make sure we got what we were paying for. In my experience, other places just would guess. We will be giving BLM our business in the future. I believe Logan was the salesperson up front. Logan was extremely helpful and friendly.

There is a gentleman named Logan who works here. Logan was extremely helpful and kind. I had a lot of questions and needed a lot of guidance. Although I had so many requests, he always remained so professional, attentive and most importantly kind. Logan is a great example of why I like to shop for my landscape materials at Bed Rock. Once you learn the process (drive onto scales, wait for signal, drive to the rocks you want, tell the tractor operator how much you want, drive back to scale, wait for signal, Park, and then go inside to pay) it's such a great place to buy rocks. Fair prices, friendly folks, and a wide selection.

I could not be more happy with the excellent quality of service Aaron and his team have put together at Bedrock. The material selection is second to none, and I have had to travel to multiple suppliers before to get what I need for a job, no more! If Bedrock doesn’t have it… you don’t need it. This a top notch supplier for all things landscaping in Colorado.

If you are interested in kind customer service where you are treated with respect please do not support this business. I have never been this frustrated or disappointed my lack of professionalism before. I am never one to write bad reviews but I am mortified by this experience so much so that I wouldn’t want anyone to be subjected to this.My father is a local business owner who needed landscaping rock over a month ago and after getting the estimate we called to give them the address of our job sight and put in the final order. To my knowledge, the order went through and we were told we would receive our bedrock.A couple weeks went by, I left for school in a different state, life went on and my dad called me to let me know he hadn’t heard anything from them and since I was at college in a different time zone him and my mom attempted to call them to figure out what had happened. English is not either of my parents first language and the person on the other line rudely refused to help them and hung up.I then called to try to figure out what happened, the person on the other end of line knew exactly what I was talking about and said that we had never paid which is strange because I can recall giving them my credit card information but a statement was never issued so I offered to pay for it now. He told me the rock color we were looking for wouldn’t be ready until November and I still offered to pay so we could get the ball rolling since this was pertinent to a job order my dad had to fill. He put me on hold and then after a few minutes picked up to tell me his manager said this was too much of a hassle and they were refusing service to us.Aside from my father’s accent I cannot imagine another reason this could have possibly been a hassle and there are not often times I feel that people in service are motivated by hate but this really felt prejudiced. Their “on hold” message boasts helping people from all backgrounds and cultures with their landscaping needs and that they will meet every customer with kindness and respect but truly this was an experience that was antithetical to their entire message and I am sick to my stomach.

This is among the worst experiences I have ever had with a business. They caused damage to nearby property during the delivery, and maintain that they owe me no communication or discussion of the issue at all since the property belongs to the church behind our home. The most frustrating issue has been the EXTREMELY rude and unresponsive communication. I have called 5 or more times asking to discuss the issue - patiently and kindly - and they refuse to call me back or engage. I strongly recommend selecting a different company.
