I walked in a couple hours before the store closed, I needed to buy a last minute bouquet. I gave them my budget and the style of flowers and base I wanted, they told me to give them 30 minutes. 30 minutes later the gave me the most beautiful bouquet of flowers that fit my budget and with a gorgeous design box base! The flowers smell amazing and the employees were extremely friendly. This will now be my go to flower shop ⭐️ thank you ?

Expensive - we are talking $5 per rose or $120 for 2 dozen roses it ends up being $150 wrapped in paper. No vase. No plastic sleeve. No card. Just colored tissue paper and a ribbon. The edges were also starting to curl and brown. Safeway is only $13 per dozen and Sam's Club is $16 per dozen. I like to support local businesses but this is exorbitant.

I'm very disappointed by this company, and quality! My best friend sent me a bouquet for my birthday, which was on a Thursday. They didn't deliver as expected on that day. My friend had to call the company to see what the problem was. They were finally delivered on a Friday and already started dying by Saturday!! See the pictures to show just how bad the quality is! I'm sure she spent quite a bit for them, and would be crushed if she knew how soon they wilted and died.

Wow. Don’t go here. Lena is not a good person to work with. The most unprofessional place I have ever experienced. I had some major issues of scamming happening here. Buyer beware.I was overcharged after a verbal agreement and then my my flowers were held hostage the day of the wedding because of extra purchase supplies that they wanted me to purchase but we did not agree on anything extra.The bridal boutique was not elegant or anything like the example photo that we sent in. I could have made a better one from Costco and a lot cheaper.When attempting to speak on this matter the owner ignored my calls and texted me instead and then sent insulting messages after becoming hysterical.Many issues with this location. I do not recommend coming here.

Quick and easy service. The arrangement was beautiful and vibrant but there's a reason for the low rating. They had nice options for your Valentine's selections; however I expected better lifespan at this price point. The flowers started wilting after the day of purchase, and on Valentine's day the roses we're already drooping. They were watered regularly but it barely helped, the flowers lasted about a week. I've purchased flowers from other shops and groceries stores nearby and they lasted weeks. Save your time and search elsewhere. I emailed them about my issue and they haven't answered.

This has half of the types of flowers and less than half of the amount of flowers. What I received, late, after hours, and only after I called at 5:15pm, is pathetic. Last minute effort to salvage an order that was completely forgotten about. This is completely unacceptable.

This is hilariously terrible. I want a full refund immediately. I called them at 5:15pm, after closing because these were not yet delivered. The lady told me they had no more deliveries today. I asked her about my order. She said my order is not for today. I said yes it is. She looked again and agreed today is the day. The lady said my flowers would be delivered by 6pm. This atrocity is what they left at my door.
