I visited this branch twice over the course of selling and buying a car within a week and both times I had great experiences. The second time I was trying to get a cashier’s check redone that I had gotten printed at a different branch. It was time sensitive and I went in 20 minutes before closing and they helped me faster than the other branch that cut the original check. I was excited to have a PNC a few blocks away when it opened and was impressed by the experience I’ve had finally using this branch.

RUDE beyond beliefI am disabled this location is next to a Sinclair station. I need air in a tire, only have a large bill and the Sinclair can't make change. I have handicap plates and explained I am on the verge of a blowout. The Manager refused to break the bill CASH money in to smaller bills. Thankfully Macdonald is across the street and made change. 10lb in that tire all good now

I use this bank. The ATM is either always not working or it's been out of order for weeks. This is the closest to my house and I don't live very close. Seeing a teller for a withdrawal is freaking out of my mind. Please fix this.

I was having some trouble sending a wire to another bank through the online system. My account is new and needed to be verified.I tried to get it to work over the phone, but couldn’t.I came in and Kate was able to help me get it sent. She was very nice and was able to get it done for me quickly!Thanks for the great customer service, Kate!

Worse location I've visited. Teller was untrained and lied about services due to ignorance. Won't come back to this location, ever.

This used to be my go to bank but ever since the older staff left and the new staff came it, it has been a mess. It’s been close to a year and they never know what to do. I asked to get my change cashed and the lady did not know what to do and sent me to another branch. Also, I had a question about my transactions and they told me to call the BBVA phone line . They need to step it up!!!

They are very rude when answering the phone! Every branch I visit in disrespectful. You have to go to a branch to get any help. This bank is a joke! Do not bank with them!!

Most of the tellers and bankers are friendly at Compass but that's about the only positive thing for this bank. This branch in particular is very unprofessional, have witnessed them opening 10 minutes late as the manager was late, closing early on a few occasions. They have accidentally deposited money into my sisters account that belonged to someone else and in general inspire very little confidence in storing my hard earned money in this bank. Lastly they beginning charging me a 10.95/month fee for no longer having direct deposit (new job didn't offer direct), 3.00/month paper statement and I figured this bank is not worth all the trouble and fees. Planning on switching exclusively to Credit Unions as they do not make it their mission to make profit from their customers at every chance.
