My experience was ok?? at this location.I’ve never been here before but had2 make the trip 4 a debit card ? because my last was damaged. No wait time on the visit & the staff were Quik and friendly.I’ll probably never visit again because it’s outta my neighborhood. Plus the security guard was on my Nutz because I snapped a couple photos 4 my Google Maps folks.Like I’m a rob my own bank ? or something. Made me feel some type of way.Maybe ? it’s because I’m a Kneegrow ??♂️??Anyway, check em out if you’re ever in the neighborhood and holla at a Playa ??

Worst banking experience of my adult life. They bought out my old bank and I have been living in a nightmare ever since. I, very literally, can't change banks fast enough.

PNC is such a worse bank than BBVA in every way.

I want to give a lot of thanks to the staff of this branch: Alex, the manager, and Irina, senior personal banker. They do a great job in customer service and they gave us very professional banking service in opening accounts and loan. All in all, very comfortable, friendly and professional branch. I’ll advise to all my friends.

RUDE TELLERS. Woman hacked and coughed all over my face and offered no apology. She also miscounted my cash deposit twice. I miss BBVA Compass!

We live right next to this branch and every time I need banking services, everyone is always super welcoming with a smile. I don't even bank with BBVA. And they are still always helpful. To top it off, when I needed assistance with my PPP application, Jermaine - a branch executive - was incredibly helpful in sharing his knowledge. He tried to help me trouble shoot, offered solutions and followed up with me after two weeks - like he said he would. I spoke to several other bank representatives from different banks, and although all were kind, not one called me back or offered solutions. When I'm ready to switch my banking over, BBVA will be where I end up. Thanks Jermaine and team!

The bank manager, Lester B, does not care about the clients. I am closing my account after twice meeting with him & his failure to call back on both occasions. The first time he said " he forgot to call me,sorry." & The second time he said " There was nothing he could do". Definitely not a good reason to not respond. I I told him I was leaving the bank solely because of him. He didn't care about the $680 I lost. It wasn't a big enough deal for him to return a call.

Overall, I've been satisfied banking with BBVA. This is one of the few national banks that offer a business checking product with no monthly fees, that was my main draw. I opened three business checking accounts at this branch and it was a positive experience. Lester Brannon has been a very personable and gracious banking officer to work with. I believe he also manages this branch. My only criticisms include a tired looking interior (furniture could use updating--not a big deal) and an aggressive transaction handling schedule/overdraft policy, though this was disclosed when I opened the account. What wasn't disclosed was the fact that business accounts cannot be opted out of overdraft protection. This must be how they make up their lack of maintenance fees #BanksAreEvil. I also really wish they were linked in with Early Warning's Zelle product, to more easily send funds inter-bank, but I've found workarounds.

I do not recommend using BBVA on Colfax or Cherry Creek. If you want to know why just go in there sometime and see how busy they are. It is like a ghost town; there is no one even in the bank and this is due to the LACK of customer service they provide. The bank manager at Cherry Creek Megan and head teller Tracy could care less about having your business. . Another thing you should look at is if this bank is open on Saturdays to determine if it is worth opening an account there. They are not so forget banking on the weekends. I have banked here for 7 years and do a lot of business with them and have asked for their help in resolving different matters concerning my business and they could care less in putting any kind of effort into helping me. They charge you fees for everything. I asked the bank manager at Colfax, Joe, to assist me with this otherwise I would have to find another bank in which he stated he really didn't care if I did or not. The head teller at Cherry Creek Tracy said she didn't care if we left them either. If you do decide to bank here be prepared to have to move on because with this kind of customer service I can for see them closing banks all over. If you doubt me just look at the trends over the last year where every bank was open on Saturdays until now no bank is open. Just go inside the bank also and see how no one is even there then go into a 1st bank or Chase where they value their customers and see how many people are inside their banks. You need to realize that if a bank is busy there is a reason for that. Ultimately I suggest just move on and don't even consider this bank.
