“I recently went into this store (on aprox Broadway and Alameda) as I was having issues with my tire and then my battery. I had gone in before ,simple and quick, just to grab something.
One of the guys came out to my car and helped me find out what the problem might be. He, and the other people working that day, were very respectful and courteous while being honest about the possible problem.
The guy didn't try to get me to buy something I didn't need, even though I was willing to buy a brand new battery. I instead ended up buying a spray for the corrosion on the battery connections and also a tire gauge. They also were very patient as I asked quite a few questions!
I can't tell you how much I appreciate not being taken advantage of. Trust between business and consumer is not what it was 20-30 years ago and to have found a place I can trust and give my loyalty to is refreshing.
I totally recommend this store to those needing help or parts!”
“I didn't shop here, or buy batteries. But I did pull into their parking lot to start cleaning up my 6 year old who vomitted in the car in the middle of highway 36 as it's right off the exit. One of the staff members there came out and offered us to come in through the back door and use their restroom to get cleaned up and found plastic bags for us for her clothes, etc. This was a small kindness, but meant a lot to us to help deal with a hard situation. So I don't know about their batteries, but I do know they're decent people! Thanks for help!”

“Went to Autozone nearby and bought some wiper blades. I had no idea how to install (or un-install) the new blades I bought and the old ones had a dumb clip style that was ridiculous hard to pull off. Ended up returning the blades cause I thought that they were a different style. Went to O'Reilley's and they helped me un-install the old ones and put the new ones on. Thank you so much for helping me out!!!”

“Been seeing a decline in knowledgeable staff as well as appropriate number of staff in order to keep up with the flow of customers. I myself had been an O'Reilly only customer when it came to parts needed. My hands has been forced into advance auto and auto zone recently because I'm sick of getting the wrong parts or the long line I'm forced to wait in..
Just to receive the won't part! It's sad that I can point out and will wait another long period of time for the cashier's who know what I'm needing.”

“I called 2 minutes to close on 1/24/25 after an awful experience at a competitors store down the street. I needed a serpentine belt for my car that I need to fix that evening. Not only was the salesman extremely polite, he and his coworker stayed late to assist me in getting the correct belt I needed. “I went to this store to check my alternator and battery. Rueben and Denam (I'm sure I spelled your names wrong, forgive me gentlemen) took the time to problem solve to see if my battery and alternator were bad. Rueben and Denam preformed various tests and even cleaned the battery posts. They even took the battery out to charge it, unfortunately, it was done for. Both of these gentlemen were very professional and so kind. It's refreshing to meet good hearted people these days.
I had initially just aksed if someone could check my battery and alternator. I was so moved on how these two gentlemen went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was in safe working order before I left. I felt compelled to inform Nicole, the store manager of what a postive impression on how on how Rueben and Denam positve interaction made on me. This is why I get my auto part needs at this store and no where else. Thank you Nicole and O'Reilly for having good natured people working there! ?”

stars from me. Starting off with scheduling, Sunil was polite and understanding how meticulous I am when having someone work on my cars. On the installation day, I received a text letting me know 45 minutes in advance before Carlos arrived within the promised windows. Carlos is a true professional and full of courtesy. During the installation, he was patient, treated my car like his own, and completed his job without making any marks nor scratches on the wheels!
