When we remodeled our first home in 2020, we went with Capo Kitchen and Bath to do the kitchen countertops, all the bathroom counters, and the shower tiles. Everything turned out beautifully- we’re very happy with the results and highly recommend working with Capo for any bathroom / kitchen remodeling or other needs.

Fantastic experience at Capo. I started a multi year project in 2022 to refinish and update the kitchen/bathrooms in several rentals that I own, and the folks over at Capo were a joy to work with. Eric in particular did an exceptional job handling all of my needs. His work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to communicate & deliver when it matters most is unparalleled. I can’t recommend Capo and Eric enough, and I am looking forward to working with them again in the future.

I have used these guys For two renovations, now, which included countertops, cabinets, and shower installations. All of the products have held up very well, and installation still looks really great even after seven years. I’ve had two small parts to the shower, door, rollers, and handle get damaged by tenants. When I went back to CAPO, Eric was able to give me the small parts I needed immediately and didn’t even charge me. Thank you guys so much, and see you next project

They delivered countertop on time, and fit the layout. I got a panicked call the day of the install telling me they screwed up the countertop, didn’t miter an exposed end that they were supposed to, didn’t have any more of that (very generic solid color quartz) material, and wanted me to figure out a solution with them like that’s my job. They were able to fix it that day, so there’s that. Why I even heard about it is still a mystery.The install was sloppy. The countertop was not well-bonded to the cabinets and I could lift it easily the next day, which was kind of a good thing since it wasn’t set level and I had to fix it. The installers got adhesive on one cabinet door and deeply scratched another. When I pointed that out, they didn’t care and just wanted me to “sign the paper so they can get paid” as he put it. One of the installers had his pants half-way down his rear end. Another was complaining about a recent back injury and asked me to help lift the countertop into place for him because he couldn’t. The fabrication was good, the sales staff was pleasant and easy to work with, but their install crew isn’t allowed on any of my job sites again.

We stopped in because this used to be Bath & Granite but we were extremely happy with the friendly service, attention and patience. Sarah "Slew" Lewis and Eric went out of their way to help us with our bathroom issue. They also understood our vision of a up coming kitchen remodel that we will have them design. We can’t say Thank you all enough.If your going to do some redesign in your home give them a call, you won’t be disappointed.

Two years ago I purchased a glass shower installation group from B&G - door, fixed glass panel, overhead barn door rail with rollers, and all the hardware. I'm a DIY homeowner and had landed on B&G's product after months of planning and shopping. I also purchased a granite counter slab with sink installed from B&G - let them cut the slab and install the hanging sink. Everything was done well, cut to the exact dimensions I ordered. I did the precision measure myself and gave them a printed and digital file of exact shape I wanted - akin to laser measurement. They were very clear on what they would warranty and what they wouldn't. I took a lot of risk because I picked up all products at their facility and took possession there. I lifted (with help of my sturdy teenage son) all this upstairs and installed myself - built-up pan with a liner, tile, counter top - the whole bit. B&G reps were very helpful the whole time up to payment and taking possession. They even recommended ways for me to take possession that would limit my liability if the counter top cracked. Basically they loaded into my truck for me. This did two things. First, it saved my back. Secondly, if the granite slab was prone to breaking due to a natural weakness or something then the load would be a great time to check, and they would have provided a new slab had that happened. All the products were high quality and as advertised. The communication couldn't have been better. Regarding the reviewer named Yancey - I understand the frustration at having to wait for parts, and maybe given the money you spent you wanted more communication. What is also obvious in your review is that your contractor owns most of the issues there. If your glass is coming detached from the shower, that sounds like an install issue and not a product issue. I suspect the glass was installed incorrectly such that the glass/shower connection was subject to a separating force, or there was some other problem with the install design. That kind of stuff is all on the shower design and installation. I'm guessing your contractor was you, your brother in law or some other DIY type. Any qualified contractor with industry standard skill level would not be relying on the product seller to instruct them on installation method,

I can't say enough good things about CAPO. In these days of supply chain issues, everything (cabinets, crown molding, vanities, quartz) was delivered when promised and everything was right the first time. The quartz install was quick, professional and exact. This is the 2nd home improvement project we have used CAPO for and we will continue with them indefinitely.
