They have a lot of staff which really makes it easy when you need help with carrying your things when it's a lot, looking for suggestions or can't find something. Always have a sale going on .

I've been here twice over the holidays, and both times everyone working there was just so lovely. They are clearly super busy, but the shop looks wonderful. People are super helpful and thoughtful. Really enjoyed both visits and found what I needed!

Went for the laundry detergent and was told it’s a trial only on the East Coast. Ew. Did not have a lot of stuff in stock to good variety unfortunately.
Customer Service was great!

Absolutely terrible service in this store! Worst customer service I've ever had in any BBW Store. The manager Violet is the worst manager I've ever seen in their stores. Very rude and as a result I will never visit this specific location again! If you want good customer service avoid this location if you can.
