Had a great experience at Base Camp. Walked in just looking around and found several things I had on my wishlist and a few things I didn't know were a thing that is now on my wishlist. Staff was helpful, friendly, and seemed well informed on all things cycling. I will definitely be coming back.

I stop in every once in a while looking for parts, but most of the mechanics are not friendly or willing to help. It’s a stark difference compared to Evo, Cripple Creek or Campus cycles where the staff want to help and talk bikes. If it wasn’t within walking distance I wouldn’t bother…

I visited Base Camp Cyclery for the first time today. I had a brake adjustment issue I couldn’t figure out. They were friendly and efficient and had me back on my bike in 10 mins. It’s great to find a shop close to me with excellent service! I’ll be back.

My buddy had the same install on his bike. The guy charged me double the cost for the same service.
A little disappointed in the level of honesty to hustle someone extra.
Its a small neighborhood and people talk.

I bought my first bike from base camp and it was a great experience! They were very informative and patient with my 1 million questions! Harley was a great resource and I will be coming back soon! As I’m shopping for bikes for friends, fixing mine, or adding parts I’ll definitely be back.
Laura was also a great resource to have for my girlfriend as MTB can be intimidating and she helped with her confidence!

If you want customer service, this is not the place.I wanted to buy a bike which they had to build. Every time I was given a time frame, it was never met and I did not receive a call. I would call and they would tell me a new time frame, which they never met. The final straw was that I was told I would get a call back fora better time frame and they did not call me back. I would shop elsewhere. Even though offer bikes sub $1k, they do not value you unless you spend more money.

I recently had open heart surgery to replace my mitral valve with a mechanical one and my heart rehabilitation clinical said once you leave here make sure you keep biking.Since then I had replaced my old mountain bike with a new one. I bought a new mtn bike on the basis the sales associate said “Everyone buys this one”. After 3 months on it I sold it and bought a gravel bike. It won't go everywhere like I hoped.My knowledge of bikes is very limited and after 12 bike store visits in multiple states I was just confused. Every bike store PUSHED a certain bike to purchase even if I hated the color for example.Basecamp Cyclery in Denver was different, Colin was so nice and a pleasure to deal with. I made a fantastic purchase with him and the bike is great for me.
