All of the teachers at Barre 3 are excellent and very inspiring. It’s always a fun, fast paced and challenging workout. The Play Lounge is so sweet and such an incredible value add service. It’s not easy to find workout classes with childcare options and I appreciate their support so much! My daughter loves hanging out there with the wonderful staff while I take a class.

I always look forward to attending this studio! There aren't any Barre3 in my home location, but it's worth driving a bit further to attend this one. I got started with Barre3 online during the pandemic, so it is still total treat to do a class in person.

Barre3 Highlands Square is a fantastic studio! As soon as I signed up I was greeted with a welcome text by the owner Julie checking in to see if I had done Barre before and checking my comfort level with attending a class for the first time. Then from the moment I walked through the door, the front desk staff was friendly and all the instructors have been extremely friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Additionally, all the instructors check-in, ask about your level of comfort and familiarity with Barre and ensure to offer modifications throughout the class - so anyone at any level can take a class and feel comfortable. I love the overall vibe, empowering feel when I am there and the classes format. There is a great variety of moves, poses and challenges all while focusing on quality and safety too. Honestly, one of the most friednly, judge-free Barre studios I have ever stepped foot in. I would highly recommend Barre3 Highlands Square for your Barre studio especially if you are new to Barre, you won't regret it!

I’ve taken a few classes here and I’ve enjoyed them all! All of the instructors are so welcoming, helpful, and continue to check in on you throughout the class. The workouts are beginner friendly and modifications for movements are always given which is very helpful. I highly recommend Barre3 for classes!

Barre3 is my absolute favorite workout! It’s hard and gets my blood pumping but is also fun! The instructors are very knowledgeable about moving the body and offer many variations to fit what feels best for you. The studio itself is very clean and beautiful.
