I work near by and can hear the employees screaming at the dogs all day. I would be upset to pay money to board my dogs some where only for them to be yelled at constantly. Dogs are going to bark if you cant handle that you should not work at a dog daycare.

I absolutely adore this place. I meet Kim and Garret years ago. Super nice and take care of all the dog at their facility and treat them as if each dog was their family members. Definitely use Bark & Play if you need daily, weekly or longer service. You won’t regret it.Ms AnnAnn’s Appliance Repair

These people love dogs! My boy, Murphy, is a very good boy but is also shy, timid and enjoys his alone time too. This team was able to recognize that, give him what he likes and also socialize him, too! We boarded him over Christmas and were able to watch him through their live cameras. I wish they had kennel cams so I can see my pup snoozing but understand that that is a huge investment. GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS THEY LOVE DOGS

Couldn’t be more pleased with the kindness and compassion they’ve shown to my little guy, Grover. Thanks for always taking such great care of him, I watch the cameras when he’s there and I alway love seeing him fully engaged and happy!

I work in the area and have witnessed a woman SCREAMING at the dogs in the fence just for barking almost every day. I looked through the fence and she also was spraying them if they barked. This place doesn't seem safe & clearly has staffing issues.

I am not a customer but have a real hard time listening to how they scream at the dogs all day long during their so called play time. The woman that screams at the dogs for "Barking" needs to find a new line of work. The business is called "Bark and Play" ????? There's no fun time for these poor animals.

My puppy Petunia loves it here & so do we! She always comes home exhausted from all the play time she gets with other dogs! She was shy her first day & sat in the corner for a bit, but the great employees there made sure she felt safe & comfortable! I think she now loves when we go out of town! not to mention all the employees make us feel so important & seem so thrilled when she comes for a visit!

My dog goes to Bark n Play and always comes home happy and tired. They put up with his constant peeing on things (thank you and let me know when you need a new mop ?) and they have cameras so you can see what’s going on during the day). If I ever needed to board my dogs I would choose this facility as well. Thanks Bark n Play!

Absolute waste of time! I scheduled two appointments (first time) for my pup. Showed up at 6:30am as they require for new dogs and was told that I did not have an appointment and that they did not have room. I scheduled two extremely full days of work around daycare, as you do. Now, I have to frantically cancel everything. In addition, I heard the guy at the front desk screaming at a dog in the back. Didn't make me feel comfortable but I was going to give it a chance - absolutely never again after this first experience.

Disappointed to say the least. We boarded our dog for 4 nights, and noticed from watching the web cam that the dogs had not gone outside in days. I called and the woman who answered was clearly lying to me on the spot and said it was "normal" for the dogs to stay inside. She said "Do you realize how difficult it is to get all the dogs outside and back in? Trust me the people want to be outside more than the dogs!'" (hmmm...)Every time we checked the webcam (OFTEN) our dog was inside in a corner by the door alone, and the workers were not engaging. I would not recommend unless you dont mind paying to have your dog go to the bathroom and walk laps inside for days and come home spelling foul.

We take our dog here. Everyone is so friendly and he always has a blast. He can run off some energy playing with the other dogs! I like being able to peek in on him on the cameras!

Our dog loves this place and we are always at ease knowing she’s well taken care of. Our dog has been here for daycare and boarding (up to 17 days) and she’s happy.
