Amber was so helpful and communicative while I was shopping for auto and renters insurance. While I ended up going with a different insurance company for price, I really appreciated the high level of customer service Amber provided, and will be considering switching to Statefarm if pricing becomes more competitive. Every experience I’ve had with this agency has been positive and successful. At my first visit I was able to save 50% on my car insurance. A useful discussion with Barb resulted in an improvement on my insurance coverage for liability, loss of property, etc
Although the entire staff have always been extremely helpful, we have been working with Amber recently and have established a very friendly relationship with her. Recently she has helped us secure insurance on our summer home, a task made difficult by an inaccurate survey.
I cannot recommend the Barb Frank Agency too highly.

This State Farm office has made the process of getting insured so easy. Sheila Bailey is fantastic! She’s knowledgeable, easy to work with and thorough. They came highly recommended and did not disappoint. I would also highly recommend them (and Sheila specifically) for all insurance needs.

I would like to commend Kristin Metz for her role in helping me secure renters insurance for my upcoming move to Denver. Several firms licensed to operate in the Denver area could not offer the level of coverage required by our landlord and Kristin helped me negotiate the process quickly, easily and painlessly. I'm most impressed by both her professionalism and wonderful upbeat demeanor.
She also helped me secure auto insurance which, after a long review process, was the best deal for my family, particularly when we took bundling into account.
Kristin was great and I look forward to working with her again.

I was so pleasantly surprised when I recently called my insurance agent at Barb Frank State Farm with some questions. Amber was an absolute pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to address my questions and provide thorough explanations. She was a ray of sunshine and I want her to know how much I appreciate her warm and friendly personality during a time when that is such a rare commodity. I would highly recommend her to anyone who asks!

I had renters' insurance for a year with Barb and then we bought a house so needed to switch up. Barb's team was so great! We worked with Amber and she made it so easy to get our new homeowners' insurance and bundle with our vehicle insurance. Everything went smoothly and quickly and they even bought us dinner for our first night in our new home. So appreciative of Barb and her team.

Sheila Bailey is the best! She is knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. Sheila always lets me know if there is a better way to do things. I have been with State Farm for many years for both home and family auto policies. I always feel like I get sound counsel from Sheila. Last year she helped me navigate a tricky situation with a claim and I appreciate her so much! Barb would be lost without her!

I have worked with Sheila B. for several years with Barb Frank State Farm and honestly one of the reasons why I keep coming back. Sheila is very knowledgeable about car insurance policies and will research different ways in order to save you money. This office is amazing. After going through them for my renter's insurance for many years, I decided to use them for my homeowner's insurance when I purchased my first condo. The process was smooth, easy, and efficient. To boot, Kristin & Leslie arranged to have a meal delivered to me in my new place when I moved in. Such a sweet touch.
