Wow! Essence service was top tier! Saleswoman but provided a hospitality approach for my new piercing and earring combo. I went to park meadows and they were out of stock with the stud I was hoping for and essence was sure to confirm over phone.Thank you.

I couldn't buy online as my card is registered abroad although at the moment I live o USA. This is discrimination. First the order goes through then it's cancelled and when ordered to pick up it's sent to wrong location. When I get there it's cancelled. Appalling.

Unfortunately I don’t remember the name. But it was a young African American lady. She was very rude and condescending with both my daughter and I while getting ears pierced. She even questioned why my daughters ears were made a certain way. Very Rude. Customer Service & Kindness is important

Highly recommend this store! Staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they helped me select the perfect piece to add to my collection. Compared to the 37 other jewelry stores in the mall, there is no contest!
