This branch has reopened for regular business hours. I really like the folks that work here, they are down to earth and have been really personable with me and my mom as we navigate some complicated financial stuff together. We had issues during the turnover to the larger BMO system but since then, the app and online infrastructure is much easier to use. Just a normal bank with normal people.

This branch is very unreliable. The hours are never the same. Each time I go in the afternoon, they closed or the lobby is closed. It's 1pm. Seems like a pointless location. Use a different branch.

I have two accounts, and although, i have had a few problems in the past, my overall experience has been very good. The staff is awesome, pleasant,and accommodating.

Absolute waste of time everytime I go. The lobby is always closed due to "short staff". In what world does a bank allow only one person to operate??? Making customers idle their cars instead of coming inside is what ATMs are for, not banks. This bank acts and works like an ATM only. Customer service is decent, i guess, they all act clueless.

I tried to go to this branch today at 3:00pm to conduct business and only the drive thru is open. I see the tellers sitting at the teller stations. I understand COVID but why is this locations lobby still closed. Maybe this should be reflected on the hours on google so people don't drive all the way there and find out the lobby is closed. Wear a mask if its that important. I have not had the best of luck with Bank Of The West as they are hard to get ahold of and conduct business. I might be looking for a new bank.

If your looking for a bank, don’t choose this joke of a bank. They will make your banking experience horrible. Seriously a 4 day hold on a check and never overdrafted and a good credit score, going bank to 1st bank they only do 1 day holds!

I attempted to deposit a check from my business ( from another bank as I done many times before) and was told that that they would have to hold my check for two days. When I asked why they said it was because I had less in my account than the check amount.... I've never had this issue before and I was not happy about it. I requested my check back and went to a branch in Aurora where they deposited it with no problems whatsoever. This tells me two things, 1) the decision to "hold" my check was a personal one and not corporate policy. 2) that this was a personal choice made by the teller based on nothing but my physical appearance. I've been with this bank for nearly 20 years and they've been on a downward spiral for a while now. I won't put up with discrimination and I hope you won't either. I highly recommend switching your accounts over to Chase like I've decided to do.

Poor people skills, all of the tellers barely speak English when it's needed and don't know anything about the bank or the accounts ? that can be handled here at this branch. Not very helpful at all I waited 30mins to be seen and I had a previous set appointment.

Every bad review on here is spot on. Disorganized, long wait times, ZERO customer service. Their mobile app constantly has issues.....could go on and on but it's not worth my time. BOTW in general is terrible as well. Can never get a hold of a representative when you need one, you either get hung up on, wait for 1+ hour and can never resolve any issues. Save yourself a lot of time, stress and banking headaches. Finally made the change to Chase and it has been a great experience thus far. I held out with this Horrible bank for as long as I could.

The lobby is closed, they have 1 drive through open, and yet you WILL sit for 20 minutes to 45 every time. Every time. Do yourself a favor and find a different bank. This one is terrible. No customer service and ridiculous wait times. Really what are they doing?
