BMO is the single worst bank I've ever worked with. Bank of the West was bad but can't imagine they're worse than BMO which took over BOW. No one seems to know what's going on there. From setting up new accounts, inability to link to outside accounts, unfriendly tellers, insanely long holds on deposits, check orders with wrong addresses, etc... Getting answers is like pulling teeth.After opening four new accounts I only stayed with them for several weeks before I couldn't take the ongoing problems any longer. I closed my accounts and moved all my money to First Bank which has been the best banking experience I've ever had. Adding insult to injury BMO called me this morning and demanded I pay an early termination fee for all my accounts they'd closed the day before. Are you kidding me?!? They didn't even mention this fee the day before and gave me all of the money from each account. Did they really expect me to go back to that terrible bank and pay them this fee for each account for the privilege of holding my money hostage for the past few weeks my accounts had been open with them? They've now lost the potential of tons of my businesses because they are so poorly run. I told them they can sue me if they want their fees. And I was a private banking client! I can't imagine how they abuse their regular customers! BAD business on their part!

DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!! I have only had my account for 5 months and already closing my account. If you experience any sort of fraud or loss of debit card, do not expect them send you a debit card when they promise they will. I am on round three of having attempted to receive my debit card and no one actually sending it or promising the wrong time frame. They charge overdraft fees even when that service is shut off and expect your card to decline and not charge and the customer service on the phone is incompetent and does not understand basic banking or simple requests.

I'm here at 4:30.. all signs say they are open, nobody is here to help. Mind you, this is the first day after a long weekend where they were closed. I give it 2 stars, because I've had nice tellers before. But being closed now is unacceptable

Went to the branch at Cherry Creek and it is closed even though signage and the BOTW app indicate the branch is open. Then the ATM is out of service. Called the customer service line and there is no option to speak with a person.

workers are friendly, but at other banks it takes me 3 minutes to deposit money. here it takes AT LEAST 15. even when i'm the only one in the bank. unnecessarily slow

Poor customer service, been waiting to talk to someone for over two hours. This is really bad customer service. When someone actually answered the phone I was put on hold for another 30mins. I would not recommend them for a bank

I had to call to have a simple issue with my checking account solved that could not be resolved using online banking or automated services. I have been on hold over an hour. This is absolutely absurd and a terrible way to do business with your customers. I can't believe companies can do this and stay in business. They should take pride in their customer service. Absolutely horrible and I recommend not banking with Bank of the West.

It is next to impossible for anyone who works in an office to physically make it to the bank when it is open. 930-4pm are ridiculous hours, if you work an 8 hour day you won't make it there. Some thingsI dont' want taken care of virtually. If so I will just move everything to an online bank.

This location is super slow. Drive thru is the worse. Take forever. I don't know what the staff doing. Only 2 cars in from of me and take like 10 mins. Come on guy. If u dont let people go inside. U must be quicker. Take force for one customer.. bad service.

Might seem like a good bank at first but beware, they will nickel and dime you for everything, including depositing money into your own account. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Any bank is better than Bank of the West.
