I wanted to use their notary service. I was going to open an account to use them but the lady said she wouldn’t help me with the notary. Your a giant corporation who cares if someone makes a small deposit so they can use the notary.

They botched a currency exchange. I think it was a purposeful action to later charge me more and pay less foreign currency. I assume they don’t like doing it, so they mess up to deter customers from this service. Either way, this costs time and money.Customers deserve honest rates, it’s the least BOTW can do if their bank is terribly understaffed and lacking decent leadership.

One star is very gracious... truth is worst bank ever. Something goes wrong there is nobody to call. Your denied access to your money till Monday. Can’t even check balances on atms. Card denied till whenever they decide to you know let you have your money. Don’t get an account here and if you have one close it for a bank that you can talk to a person if a problem arrives

Wait time for customers service call was 2 hours. “24/7 service hours” are you kidding? We were quoted 45 minutes. How do you get 45 minutes quote and then not even get a representative after waiting 2 hours seriously do you only have one person answering phones for the whole corporation?

This is not a ‘friendly bank’. When I go there, I make a special effort to treat everyone who works there as I wish to be treated, in hopes that they will respond in a less impersonal and distant manner, which recently they have done. In most every way, they are still inconsistent. I am too lazy to switch my accounts to another bank, which is why I am still there.However my experience with mobile banking is excellent.

Karen Ortega was extremely rude and accusatory as I tried to make change with her. She also had no idea what she was doing a messed up the transaction twice before actually getting it right. Thanks for wasting 20 minutes of my time Karen!
