Mark was very rude since the moment I walked into the bank being very short and blank stared. They treat you like you are incriminating. They will close/ cancel your account for the smallest reasons and will not communicate with you or work with you and will automatically accuse you of fraud. I don’t ever take the time to write reviews but due to my unpleasant experience I do not recommend this bank at all. Seems like they don’t do anything even after all the negative reviews about their lack of costumer service.

It's how you make people feel what matters. Closing all accounts immediately.The front desk manager was very short with me and didn't offer any type of help whatsoever. His energy is terrible, and I felt like he was judging me the second I walked into the bank.Last straw.

Banking with Bank of Colorado is like banking with the small town bank I grew up with where they know you by name and always greet you with a smile. Mark and Marie at the McGregor Square branch are wonderful professionals and always a pleasure to work with. I have been banking with Bank of Colorado for nearly six years now and I would unreservedly recommend them to any small local business looking for a first class experience.

The bank assistant manager Mark Fegenbaun is the sole reason why I will be closing my account and do not recommend using this bank. I’ve had my account here for years and I’ve never had my debit card deactivated for any reason until this Mark guy. We all know how times get hard and unfortunately I’ve had to overdraw my account a few times due to medical reasons being one and not only do they charge outrageous fees, he takes the liberty of turning your card off. No other bank does this. Your transactions are simple declined and once a deposit is made, you’re good! Not here. Mark turned my card off and even though a deposit was made Friday morning, it remained off all weekend. I was unable to use my card, get cash or anything. This is reckless and irresponsible. I also received an encrypted message from him Tuesday 9:02am, but the message inside shows a time stamp of 3:02pm. Very odd! I moved to a different local bank. I now know why Bank of Colorado is the proud sponsor of the Colorado Rockies, they both suck. Choose another local bank!

Mark Fergenbaum at McGregor Square is always a pleasure to work with at this branch. He always offers such a warm welcome and usually helps me process multiple things at once with wire transfers, temp checks and new accounts all at once.
