The apartment condo building burnt down completely twice and they still won't go with other designs or material construction. Waiting for direct deposit disappeared persons versus arrow on street.

Sorry, but ridiculous. I needed to send in a payoff check on a loan. Looked on google maps for the closest branch, but, there are none. Only ATM, Video, Financial center, but none of those can do what I needed.So, I thought I would try to video location. However, the internet connection did not work, so, nothing in the video center worked! I drove back home, and looked online, but found nothing that would meet my needs. I then phoned in, and waited 20 minutes on hold, until the person came on, and told me the only way to payoff in my situation, is by mail.Kind of funny, that it seems BOA wants to be the George Jetson banking institute, but their technology is 2nd rate. Hard to imagine that Bank of America has descended to atm and video banking that doesn't work. Pretty sad. I am paying off my loan by Pony Express, because BOA is so technically "advanced" that they can't actually do anything.As you can tell, once I pay this off, I will avoid BOA for any banking needs. Maybe okay in some parts of the country, but it's not like living in Denver, CO is like living in the sticks. It is a pretty large city that may justify having an actual bank. So long Bank of America!

I just needed to talk with anyone to get a bank statement. The video thing they set up simply doesn’t work. It may work if you have the patience to go through 50 contacts on an iPad and test each one to see who is available. But there is no easy way to just call a fricking banker.

This is the 5th time I've gone to this ATM (they call it a bank, it's not) you have to use your card in order to get in the door To use the atm.

Terrible!!!!!!! Lorie Reid business banker is the lowest of integrity you can find in the banking industry. I have had several business accounts at various big banks went with BOA as a recommendation from my accountant for quick books. The business banker Lorie Reid did not disclose banking procedure, does not return emails or phone calls in a timely manner. She does not do what she says. She lied to another branch manager about my accounts. I have spent weeks waiting for a check processing machine that has never arrived. She has held up my business process and payroll and I can say I would not recommend BOA. Terrible service lack of integrity on their bankers and horrible service. Do not use this bank! But if f you do, stay away from Lorie Reid she is not a banker of integrity or her word and cannot seem to keep up with simple tasks

The bankers are pleasant but the fraud department is horrendous. I had my wallet stolen and out of 3 bank cards used BOA was the only one to A. Not freeze my account during suspicious activity and B. Not refund me any of the fraudulent charges! They will drag things out, they will j*** your chain, you will become a victim with BOA. NEVER AGAIN
