Never a teller available always no staff. I asked to speak with a rep when a teller finally came after 15 minutes and after he came back from checking he told me the wait would be 2 hrs. I came in at 11 and was told it would be 1 pm before I could see someone. Save yourself the time, banks are supposed to offer convenience and I don’t get that here. I took the managers card and he or she didn’t return my calls and I left voicemail. Don’t go here!

I made a deposit yesterday 6/15 at a local branch, I was told my funds would be availble today 6/16 by 9am mst, now I see in my account that I am negative and the funds will not be available until 6/27, due to this deposit hold happening with bank of america every paycheck that I have deposited I am being evicted from my home. As of today I need to get a storage unit and move out, but I dont have funds. I also need gas for my car, but bank of america has put me and my child in a homless situation.

I took my 93 years old dad, in an financial emergency(a person took his bank log in information), to this branch and everybody was very attentive. Special thanks to Mary Banuelos. She was super helpful and kind with my dad.

One of the Best customer service I have gotten at a bank. Mary was so helpful, she gave me great service and help with a few questions I had with my account. 5 stars! This will be my new Bank of America for sure !

When immigrants come to the US, they try to build up a credit history as quickly as possible and try to open a security deposit card as their first credit card. I made a security deposit card 3 years ago in California. I sent my brother and my sister in Law to this branch to do the same as I did, they are requested proof of verification address from the people who barely came to the US. They had the immigration document which they accepted as proof of verification. These documents went through the headquarter and the Bank of America opened a checking account and credit card for them with the emigration form. I sent my friend the same documents to the same branch after a couple of days, and now they have rejected him with an explanation this document isn’t enough for opening even a checking account. I think this branch needs some training to close gaps of mismatches between rules

No one is ready to help. They have attitude issue. They don't know how to provide customer service. I qent to open a new checking account and Andrea asked me for 2 piece of ID. I gave her my DL and State ID. She says both are same and need another one . I gave her my card from another bank but still she didn't wanted to help.would never open an asking here. I was so baffled by her attitude. There was no manager to help or guide.

If I could have give -5 stars I would!!!I went to BOA located at 18484 E 49th Ave, Denver, CO 80249 and had a terrible experience. As a preferred customer for over 10+ years, I was treated like I don’t matter or my time is not valuable. I stopped by the location because I needed a paper to be notarized. First when I walked in, the receptionist told me with an attitude I needed to take an appointment and needed to be a BOA customer (she automatically assumed I was not). I told her no problem and she told me to come back the same day at 2:30pm. I came back and she told me there is only one notary and she is running late and still in a meeting with another client. She said you can go to UPS and have your paper notarized for $5. She was very dismissive and wanted me to leave. I asked her to check with the notary and let me know how long it will take for her to take me in and get my papers notarized. After 20 minutes, She told me , the notary just messaged her and it will take 15 minutes. I waited almost an hour and half and no one came to talk to me so I decided to leave. This is unacceptable and not professional. If BOA can’t help their customers with basics stuff, who else supposed to? Go to another bank when we bank with BOA???? I took my time twice in a very busy day to go to that location and got treated like I wasn’t wanted there. This location needs to be better at building a good customer service. The Spanish receptionist treated all Spanish is horrible and kind of racist. She assumed by the color of your skin or clothes if you bank with BOA or not. She showed other people respect and courtesy and treated me like I was an outsider. I’m so disappointed about what happened and I’m about to switch bank if I can’t receive decent treatment at my local bank.

During my recent visit to the branch, I encountered several problems. The staff appeared nice and friendly in greeting me, but when I tried to raise concerns about my account, they did not seem to be knowledgeable or competent in addressing my questions. I felt like my concerns were being brushed off, it seems the associate manager also doesn't want to go through any digging to solve the problem, they just want to scare you away so they can enjoy their slow time (it's kind in a financial area with multiple other natinal banks. I went to all 3 and they are the quietest).I ended up leaving and processed my request online with a breeze and of course which the branch lady told me it's not doable.

Bank took my money.I was there between 9:45 am to 10:05 am for deposit. Check with your teller for detail transaction. I did not want my beautiful morning ruin by her attitude, so I let her keep my pennies. Wow!!

I question some reviews as fake, I have been a Bank of America customer along with US bank for the last 25 years and I moved here and this branch is no different than any of the other branches, It's got good customer service they're helpful when you have a question, so really the one star everyone has an opinion, but when I look and see that aReviewer has only has 3 reviews anx nothing else I start to question the validity of the post, But in fairness they have the right to their opinion. But disgruntled employee looking to bash isnt a reliable reviewer . I've been a loyal customer Bank of America in 4 States and they do a great job

Walked in on 1/17/23 at 11am to cash a B OF A check. I bank elsewhere.The good:⚫️The bank teller who helped me was nice and polite even though they had a line of about 2 people in front of me and 6 behind me. This is only line for a bank teller⚫️They have two ATM’s as soon as you walk in⚫️Plenty of parkingThe bad:⚫️The entire process was 22 minutes, total to cash one check⚫️Walking inside it is a big lobby with offices lined up on each side of the building, towards the back there is a wall in the middle of the room, behind the wall is where you find the one single teller in this branch⚫️There’s also a random large table in the teller area which takes up space and causes confusion as people are forced to stand in the walk area when there is a long line(for a moment I was in the walkway) A B of A employee did walk back to see if anyone needed a deposit, one person in line was able to be helped instead of wait.⚫️ I snapped a pic to show my wife how weird it is that this branch has one single teller and the random tableIf you’re planning to speak with a teller give yourself plenty of time as this is the only B of A in the GVR area. Not sure about the other services so I will not comment however read the other reviews for more information
