I had Jeremy Pugh as my hair designer. He was learning how to a precision hair cut. His owner was involved with this cut as well. My hair turned out very beautiful. I felt beautiful when I left. Gorgeous hair and none of the ego. You could say making people look and feel beautiful is in Roger, Bang the Salon's owner's, genes. And in fact, it is in his DNA. The Garcia family has been the longstanding hair dynasty in Denver for as long as I can remember. Roger has been doing my hair since before he opened Bang. I wouldn't trust anyone else. His talent is off the charts, and he is all about the client experience. He'll steer you towards a style that works with your hair texture, facial features, and lifestyle, but gives you the look that YOU want. You get the impression right away that this isn't about him, it's about you. In my experience, such a high degree of talent typically comes with an attitude. However, this is not the case with Roger. He is humble, very funny, makes you feel comfortable, and you will feel heard. I trust him so much, that long ago, I happily decreed him the "boss of my hair." When I sit in his chair and he asks "what are we doing today?" I laugh and tell him to just do his thing. He's committed to perfection in himself and his staff. Speaking of his staff. Hairdressers have longevity at Bang. This is no doubt that this is because he and Lisa, his wife and business partner, run the business in a way that respects clients and employees. I had positive experiences up until a year or so ago. Recently, I've received calls asking me to come earlier or later for my appointment a few hours before my time slot. It's happened at least four times. It's frustrating to pick a time and not have it confirmed. On my last visit, they called to say they were running 45 min to an hour late and when I said I couldn't make that work but said I could reschedule, they asked that I come in anyway and the stylist clearly rushed and did my haircut in 20 minutes but still charged me full price. Very disappointed and will be changing salons now.

My long beautiful hair has been chopped and screwed up. My hair is now thin, brittle looking and looks less healthy than when I walked in. Will not be going back again.

Angela was unprofessional, and scary angry when I pointed out that she cut my existing weft extensions too short and uneven. Also, the fusion pieces were too high on my head, resulting in my own hair not covering them. I told her all this in a very calm way, but she went ballistic. I was shocked and left. Management seems to be inept at best. Worst salon I’ve ever been to.Services: Hair extensions

Jocelyne left my hair beautiful and bouncy. I got to keep most of my length which is what I wanted and I let her do whatever she recommended and I'm so glad I did!!! The place has a beautiful atmosphere and everyone is so welcoming. I absolutely recommend this place. Definitely best hair experience I ever had!!! I LOOOOOOVE MY HAIR!!!

Buyer beware: they ordered product for me, called to say it had arrived. I went to pick up and the person on staff said she did not know where it was..they must have 'given my order to someone else' .... I drove a distance to get this and the woman at the front desk was rude, unprofessional and dismissive...I cancelled my upcoming appointment - if this is any indication their services I do not want to ever return to this business...and won't!

I had received a text because now they say on their vm that they don't return calls as easily as text messages. The text booked me for 3:45 for a cut and color. It's my birthday ?. I had planned this for. They never booked the appointment. Now I have a 3 hour block and my hair isn't done. Very disrespectful of my time.
Imagine what they would expect if I blew them off. Probably a charge of some sort. They just let me walk out disappointed.
I guess I'm just trying to let whoever is in charge know that their texting method has some kinks they should look into. It hurts your feelings and I had been looking forward. Way to literally ruin my birthday.

I went here for years before moving to Florida and every time I get my hair done I wish I had just flown home and booked with Larissa at Bang. It's been a year living outside CO and I still miss bang so definitely go here lol. Anyway, coming back in August to visit and can't wait to get my hair done

Had my first visit here this week, and I definitely will be exclusively getting my hair done at Bang Salon from now on. The salon itself is super cute, spacious, and clean. Talking to front desk reception, my stylist, and the owner of the salon who introduced himself felt very comfortable and made the experience relaxing and enjoyable. And most importantly my hair turned out awesome. I had a cut with Aero and I highly recommend him, he was super gentle on my long easily tangled hair and was also able to adapt the photo I showed of what I wanted to my face shape and the result was better than I could have anticipated and I've already gotten multiple compliments on it
