Going off the 1 star reviews and the response from management in the comment section I would 100% say this is ran by a slumlord organization. I would say it is time to get ahold of the City and County of Denver to rectify these egregious practices.

I'm just visiting for the week but.. I noticedkids have been sleeping in the basement since I've been here and leaving trash/food in the gym.Someone has stolen some weights, apparently, and bums hang out in the stairwell.Otherwise, seems like it would be a neat place to live.The location is excellent ??

Heat is constantly down, appliances break, elevators constantly down. management is incredibly cheap and does not care about residents at all. They refuse to invest in the property and only do patch fixes. This is a PREDATORY landlord. I would not recommend anyone to live at this dump.
