My chaotic adventure to get my taillight fixed was really turned around because of him (and the sales assistant manager! Thank you to you too!)

Milan was super helpful. He was busy so couldn’t install battery for us but gave us tools to get the new battery dropped in, which worked great!

Terrible experience at AutoZone! I stood in line for what felt like an eternity while three employees blatantly ignored me. Not a single one bothered to offer assistance or acknowledge my presence. I walked out without making the $100 purchase I was intending on making. Absolutely appalling customer service!

I noticed staff last time yelling and grumbling about something valid but an inappropriate reaction in public. This time I called to get my battery fixed and was told “I’ve never done that before,” and kind of trailed off. I thought, if you don’t want to try, then I’ll go elsewhere. Granted it was a difficult job which is why I put two stars, but I was in and out of O’Riley after 35/40 mins with the same difficulty; the team at O’Riley at least wanted to try…

There is an O’Reilly AutoParts right next door, try them instead! At the very least, try a different AutoZone location. I went into this store today to buy headlights, and when I asked for help to install, the manager told me, “it’s not in the handbook” so they couldn’t do it, and if I wanted it done, I “could go to the mechanic.” I thought this was weird, bc AutoZone has always supported install in the past. While still in the store, I called a nearby AutoZone and was told it would be no problem to install the headlights. I shared this information with the manager and was told once again “it’s not in my handbook” and “they were leaving soon and counting money so could I go talk to someone else instead.” Per request, I most certainly did go talk to someone else instead….. O'Reilly Auto Parts! Great customer service, and upon checkout, I was even asked if I needed assistance to install. Now, I have 2 new headlights that work great, and O’Reilly has me for future business!

The manager at this store does not have very good customer service. I had to wait 2hrs for my delivery as what I had ordered was not delivered, however the store called me in the morning telling me it was delivered. This store needs to get better customer service. No happy at all with the service I was provided.After posting the manager had compensated me for the trouble. I will say they redeemed themselves and the reason for my change in rating. Originally 1 star, now 4 stars.

Very bad experience, the people do not serve me in the best way and they did not want to change the battery in my car either, they were very exclusive because I did not know how to speak English and at some point I felt racism, they are definitely people who should not be occupying that job!

I wanted to get my battery tested because of the cold weather, and the young lady I spoke to said she wasn't allowed to go outside and that she only had two other employees. The number of customers in the store besides me was one. This location advertise battery tests, but apparently not if it is cold outside.
