Excellent service. We hadn't done much to care for our 2018 Volvo, other than take it to the car wash. Six years of regular brush car washes had destroyed the sheen of the clear coat. Autowash removed all of the swirl marks, and other than "door dings," the car looks as good as good as new. I will be getting our other vehicle to Autowash for an Incredible Detail and Paint Enhancement Polish.

Car was not clean, people were so nice, but the experience was bad. They forgot to clean under the seats, cup holders, steering wheel, trunk, glove box, and left the outside of my vehicle with dirty streaks and marks.

Don't waste your money on the auto wash! $25.00 and it looks like I didn't even wash my car! This is the second time I've tried this location and I will be my last.. So Disappointed!

Horrible service. Broken app. Their monthly membership used to be very convenient. After few updates the app keep hiding the wash code and forces you to buy another code even thu you have the monthly membership. And when you call they tell you to pay for the code and they will credit it back to your account. Imagine having a membership that you stoll have to pay for the service everytime. Canceling my monthly for sure.

The property is dirty on top of the property being dirty the machine to make your car smell good does not work. Instead of them painting the building, they need to keep the property up and get more help to maintain the property not paint the building blue it’s a waste of money.

Been a member for quite some time and all of a sudden they take away annual detail benefit, only offering to give me supplies to do it myself. Isn’t that why I have a membership- so someone else can clean my car? The right thing would be to partner with another car wash for a detail voucher or provide a discount equal to the value of the detail service. Really unfortunate they didn’t have a suitable backup plan while they were moving locations and instead just took benefit away from long time members - oh, and they can provide no timeline as to when the benefit will be back.Guess I should look into other car wash memberships…

Very efficient process with texts and email. Easy to set up through the app too. Comfortable wait room. And of course the car looks great! They even took care of a couple little scratches, buffed them out. So shiny!

Can’t say enough good things about Autowash as a whole. Took my truck down to get an essential detail today and it was awesome. Anthony handled the detail and explained everything thoroughly and professionally. The receptionist (I believe Ashley or Ashlynn? Started with an A) was extremely kind and helpful. I have been a member of Autowash for about 4 years now. I feel like they are so on top of their game in every way from location maintenance and cleanliness to customer service line. The only complaint I have ever had with Autowash is that the cell signal sucks so bad in Northfield but that is hardly their fault. Thank you to everyone in the crew for making this such a good experience.
