I ONLY trust Automotive Imports and Sam with my car. They do great work, get things done quickly, and at a fair price! I know that they will always be transparent with me regarding what my car needs are. Sam goes above and beyond and is super communicative. I am always welcomed in like family! I bought my M850i from Grayson and the team here at Automotive Imports. They made this whole thing so easy and dare I say … fun ? I can’t imagine going to a “premiere” dealership after knowing what kind of service and hospitality is available here. I would 100% buy from the team here again.

I wish I could give negative stars !
There was a Jeep Wrangler purchased at this dealership. The check engine light went on just a couple months after it was purchased.. Tried to contact the dealership with no luck hearing back from them. Have spent several thousand trying to fix the jeep Wrangler. The most recent diagnosis is that the jeep Wrangler is a lemon. The motor is dead.
This was the worst dealership I have ever had to deal with in my experience purchasing vehicles. The most unorganized disrespectful management.
I do believe they were aware when they sold this jeep Wrangler that they were selling a bad vehicle. I would never recommend even stepping foot onto the property dealership.

I would like to thank Arnold and the service crew for taking care of me and my car. I drove a 2005 Infiniti G35x. There was a loud noise I couldn’t tell whet it was coming from. The service crew was able to diagnose it and saved me lots of money. Now it will last another 10 years. Thank you AI.

I have been taking my VW to Automotive Imports for a couple years now for various things service related & every single time the whole team has been amazing!
Would definitely recommend Arnold & Kendall to those needing repairs to their vehicle / looking for a new vehicle in general.

Purchased a 2021 Audi SQ5 and was very happy with the process. Caleb was great to work with. Knowledgeable of their entire fleet of vehicles and was able to walk through all the features/packages included on the vehicle. Caleb also provided all weather mats at no charge.
