This was my first time using Bluewater Performance, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! I had a lot of questions as a first-time customer, and the team was incredibly prompt and friendly in answering all of them. Their professionalism made me feel at ease from the start.
During my exhaust install, they went above and beyond by taking the time to bring me into the garage and show me exactly what was happening. It was so cool to see the process and understand the work they were doing – a level of transparency that’s rare to find.

“I had a great experience with Paris Tire & Service. I got a flat tire and called other tire companies and either no one had the tire I needed for several days or no one answered my call. I finally found Paris Tire and they said they could get the tire I needed and have it done within a few hours. The guys in the shop were super nice and it was fixed within a few hours. Will go back if I run into more issues!”

“I’ve taken 2 vehicles to this shop. One for hail damage the other was for a rear end. Both times everyone in the shop went above and beyond. This shop does not cut corners, so it will take longer than any other shop will promise. Just know the work will be done right. Also, both times I took my vehicle back to fix minor issues and Keith had no issues working with me on correcting the issues.”

“These guys are responsive and good to work with. I had my water coolant reservoir replaced in Ohio; it was leaking when I got out to Colorado, and obviously that's not their fault one bit. They did a replacement under the TechNet repair warranty system. They charged me additionally because they said the hose also needed to be replaced, annoying but I get it. After ~3,000 miles I noticed it was already leaking BAD again. Thankfully they got me in super quick after I put off going in for a little longer than I should've. They communicated what happened and that they re-used a clamp that was on its last leg. Overall, my experiences with them have been great and professional. I've felt respected as a customer every time I've worked with them.”

“I stopped by when my “low tire pressure” light came on. They were able to see me immediately without an appointment. They tested my tires and deemed it to just be a weather related thing not an actual puncture. They filled my tires and I didn’t pay anything. Whole thing happened in 5 minutes. The staff were super nice with good ind with details. I will def come back.”

I was excited to find this place as a referral from a coworker, they make scheduling easy and are very nice and personable. I took my car in for a 90K inspection, received a check-in text and photos of my vehicle right when they opened. By around 3pm, I hadn’t received a call regarding the status of my car, so I gave them a call and they said they were running a little behind but they called me right back and we went through the list of recommended services from their inspection. Due to the time, they were unable to complete any of the recommended services that day which was totally understandable. Since I needed my car back, I scheduled one of their service recommendations for a date two weeks away.
A few days before the scheduled appointment, I received a text confirming my appointment and I dropped my car off before they opened. This time, I didn’t receive the check-in text or any photos of my car. By 2pm I hadn’t heard anything so I called but didn’t get a call back. I called again at 3pm and was asked if I had taken my car to the right location since they didn’t have it in their system. We later found that they did have my car and I got a call about ten minutes later with the diagnosis and a price estimate. Again, it was too late in the day to get the actual service completed. When I called back to again schedule the service, the price was double what I was quoted an hour earlier (another easy mistake which I understand). At this point, I chose to not schedule and when I went to pick up my car, I was charged an $87 diagnostic fee.
I am really frustrated with the communication I received. I had to call several times to receive updates on my car and I am not even sure they had my appointment in their system. It was disappointing to have been charged the diagnostic fee when the price or process was never communicated along with the other miscommunications. I am disheartened with my experience because I was looking forward to them being my go-to shop in Denver.”

“I was overly impressed by Sam’s Automotive! Dimitri & his team were able to get me in the next day due to a cancellation. As a woman who was looking for a new place in Denver I could trust- this fit the bill. I dropped off my car & Dimitri gave me a very reasonable quote (cheapest in all of Denver Metro) and got me back my car same day. I’ve given it a week to see how it runs & it’s back in business. “Back when I lived in the neighborhood, Palmas was my go-to tire place. Ten years ago, I moved to the suburbs; since then, I've gone to a chain store.
Recently I picked up a beater car that came with an extra pair of tires, and I needed to get those mounted. The chain store wouldn't do it, because the tires were over 10 years old. No criticism there - corporate liability, corporate policy.
But the tires had been stored inside and were in perfect condition. So I took the drive back to Palmas. They had the tires mounted and balanced in the time it takes to check in at the chain store. And for half the price. Perfectly balanced, couldn't be happier with these guys.”
