“These guys are responsive and good to work with. I had my water coolant reservoir replaced in Ohio; it was leaking when I got out to Colorado, and obviously that's not their fault one bit. They did a replacement under the TechNet repair warranty system. They charged me additionally because they said the hose also needed to be replaced, annoying but I get it. After ~3,000 miles I noticed it was already leaking BAD again. Thankfully they got me in super quick after I put off going in for a little longer than I should've. They communicated what happened and that they re-used a clamp that was on its last leg. Overall, my experiences with them have been great and professional. I've felt respected as a customer every time I've worked with them.”
“I’ve taken 2 vehicles to this shop. One for hail damage the other was for a rear end. Both times everyone in the shop went above and beyond. This shop does not cut corners, so it will take longer than any other shop will promise. Just know the work will be done right. Also, both times I took my vehicle back to fix minor issues and Keith had no issues working with me on correcting the issues.”
“Hail Medic did a fantastic job on my 2019 Lexus IS300!
At the beginning of the summer, It was dinged up pretty bad during the hail storm. My windshield was cracked. My hood, roof and trunk were dimpled. I hesitated to have it repaired until I met Matt.
In late September, I was worried it would be too late to claim, but he respectfully provided information about their process, following up with a scheduled viewing of my car’s damage. His inspection and description were detailed. I trusted his advice and advanced with repairs. They had me drop off my car the very next day and started working immediately.
Communication with GEICO and them felt relatively smooth. I used a rental car through Hertz and it worked well for me. I received updates by text messages with pictures every Tuesday and Friday for 3 weeks, until it was partially completed. I received my car back looking amazing but they informed me of a wait for a part. I had the option to continue without that repair, but I felt it was the right decision to return for their service and have it replaced.
The entire process took a little over a month for it to be complete, but I do not regret being patient for their service. I recommend Hail Medic to anyone searching for professional hail damage repairers. They were kind, considerate of my schedule, and knew what my car needed: looking like it was before that storm.

“Back when I lived in the neighborhood, Palmas was my go-to tire place. Ten years ago, I moved to the suburbs; since then, I've gone to a chain store.
Recently I picked up a beater car that came with an extra pair of tires, and I needed to get those mounted. The chain store wouldn't do it, because the tires were over 10 years old. No criticism there - corporate liability, corporate policy.
But the tires had been stored inside and were in perfect condition. So I took the drive back to Palmas. They had the tires mounted and balanced in the time it takes to check in at the chain store. And for half the price. Perfectly balanced, couldn't be happier with these guys.”

Chad called me over as soon as I walked in the door and got me set up with the parts I needed in record time. He was extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable. David was My tech, there was a little issue of his last job which took him much later than he was expected. That said, everything thing else was great. He was very communicative and would keep me updated the whole time. He also offered a discount which was appreciated.

He described what he was doing during his inspection so that we would have a complete understanding. He was also honest. Since our vehicle is a VW it requires specialized equipment. We weren’t able to use Caliber this repair but because we value Mike’s honesty we will definitely give them any other less specific work.”
“I've been to The Body Shop twice for car repairs. This last time, they went above and beyond. They worked hard to find a replacement part that wasn't damaged and they brought an outside person in to replace my after-market decals. The car looks great and she's a 2009! Amanda is so great with communication and she worked with my schedule to drop off and pick up outside of business hours. I got a courtesy lift home - which they don't offer. Another employee replaced my brake light for me even though that was not part of the repair. Great shop that cares about doing an awesome job for people!”
“So far these guys have been great! Ordered a rather expensive truck camper from them but still waiting for delivery (all expected). They even made time in their busy summer schedule to help me move my previous camper (from another manufacturer) to a new vehicle when the folks I bought it from (Phoenix) told me to pound sand til the end of the summer. Gave me a great price on the new setup and have communicated great along the way. Prices are good and the customer service, so far, has been awesome. Def recommend this shop!

So after purchase there was a snafu with the install of my camper. An issue occurred, the fault of which was on Juniper (a simple mistake), and instead of giving me the runaround, they fixed the problem right away and made me whole monetarily. Can’t say enough great things about these folks, they’re not out just trying to rip anyone off and if/when there are issues, they will make things right. Couldn’t ask for more in a local overland shop, they’ve got a customer for life. Thanks Juniper!”

I have been a repeat customer with my Porsche Cayenne that has unfortunately required body work from 2 collisions (side note, neither were not my fault :) ). The body work was impeccable, the customer service is above and beyond, and the pricing is not only competitive, but the final invoice for the 2nd collision was far less than original estimate (yes, they are completely honest, as I would have known nothing different had they not told me). Caleb was able to get me scheduled for the estimate quickly and was very understanding when I had to modify my drop off date because of another commitment. Upon drop off, Caleb talked me through the process as we walked around the vehicle and was very patient and thoughtful as he answered all my questions (I tend to overanalyze and ask a lot of questions). Caleb’s initial estimate for repair completion time seemed reasonable and he was up front that it may take longer after the bumper was removed. I also appreciated that when I was waiting for my Uber to pick me up, even though it was right before close, Caleb told me I was welcome to wait inside. The initial timeline was roughly 2-3 weeks. This ended up being extended to a month for the repair, because of additional parts that needed to be ordered, but this was explained to me as a possibility at the outset and seemed very reasonable. Alex and Caleb provided timely communication and updates throughout the entire process and were quick to reply to any additional questions I had. When I picked my car up, Alex was extremely thorough explaining the steps they took during the repair, and even allayed a concern I had noticed on the billing statement, explaining that it was not out of the ordinary and that he would work with insurance to resolve. Alex did a detailed walkthrough of the car. The car looks pristine and detailing the inside of the car was much appreciated! All in all, Rickenbaugh and their excellent team made my repair experience as painless and easy as possible. While I hope to never need any additional body work, I would absolutely bring my business to them again and recommend them to my friends.”
