Great experience. Went in to schedule a rock chip repair. Expected a future appt. They fixed it right then in 10 min. They requested I put in an insurance claim or I could pay them $50 and submit it myself. While the repair was happening, I called my ins co. Within minutes they had the claim emailed to auto glass. The office mgt told me she had it and I was good to go. Really efficient. And the repair was super good. Highly recommend.

This auto glass company is amazing!! Sheri assisted me with my appointment and helped me find the correct glass for my vehicle. The technician, Jorge, was so helpful and did an exceptional job with the replacement. I would definitely use this team again for my windshield needs!!

I paid for new windshield for my Subaru. Paid additional for them to recalibrate Eyesight technology. After driving less than 100 miles the Eyesight went off. Should have taken car to dealer for recalibration. Bummer that they assured me they were able to do the work.

I had a scheduled appointment for 8 am and arrived on time. I was told I could wait and the service would only take an hour and a half. It was not until 10:00 am that they told me that the windshield they had onsite for my truck was damaged and that they would not have a new one delivered until 10:30 am. As far as I can tell they did a good job installing it. However I was not able to leave with my car completed until 12:30 pm. 4.5 hours, was way too long, and I will never use this company again.

Updating my previous review because they were able to resolve the issue, which was that the first time I brought my car in for a windshield replacement, the tech was unable to calibrate the eyesight and other driver assistance sensors. I brought the car back in, and they fixed the calibration issue within an hour. Stephanie at the front desk was also really apologetic and acknowledged that my first experience was not the customer service that they seek to provide. Overall, while I was disappointed about how the first tech handled the issue, I appreciated their responsiveness and efforts to fix the issue.

I went here to repair my driver’s window, which wasn’t responding to the button and also wouldn’t close. They fixed the motor issue, but there was a slight glitch with it and it would get unaligned and “off the tracks”. After I finally got around to reaching out to them about this issue, I was able to just walk in and they fixed it (in minutes!) on the spot - and for no additional charge. So the issue was easily and quickly resolved and my window appears to be as good as new again. Very pleased with the customer service I received here and I highly recommend them!

Needed a windshield replaced and got an on line quote that was very good but then actually payed even less when the work was done. In and out in about 45 minutes. Very pleased thus far.....
