I went to this store to get an early upgrade on multiple phones. No big deal and things seem to go smoothly. UNTIL I reviewed the estmated future bill where the sales reps added a $45 insurance policy then added ATT NEXT Up $6 per phone per month. I gave no permission for either - that folks is fraud. I removed the $45 charge online myself but the NEXT Up takes 14 days wait to then remove. If I had not done a detailed review of the changes to my account I wouldnt have caught this. Hope that extra commision was worth it Yonatan and Carl. Reps should be fired. Customers beware and if you choose to go to this store be sure to have the rep detial any account changes. Usually you can assume if you arent asked or informed that services havent been added - not so here!

Avoid this store at all cost. They neglected to tell me I was going to be paying 200 for a bill that I don’t have. They only told me I would have the phone for free if I traded in my previous phone in order to port over the other company shuts off your line so having payed two companies I’m out of a phone line and money. Pleas don’t let these crooks get over on you. They only do it so they can get more money on their paycheck and at this point they’re just like buying a lemon off colfax. Please don’t shop with AT&T. I’m highly displeased with the customer service as well all the employee just keep saying over the phone is I’m sorry and understand as if scripted to do so. Please do yourself a favor and head to metro by t mobile.

This location was not necessarily convenient for me but they had an open appointment so I drove a little farther to come here. The employees were all so friendly and helpful. Sandra helped me two different days, once to place the order for a new phone and the second day to get it activated. I also had to sit and wait while my new phone was activated so I saw each employee interact with other customers and each other. They treated each customer with respect. I had wonderful customer service and will definitely come back to this store the next time I need to visit an ATT store.

This store is awesome! Especially Tyler. He is very attentive and efficient! He answered all my question and gave me some great advice one which phone is best for me. Great store with great employees!!

UPDATE: Changing my review to 2 stars, again only giving any stars because in the past this location had awesome employees, and one employee made some type of attempt at saving face. Just found out there was an error with the bank and AT&T, the current employees at this store could see our account and what the issue was, but instead of politely communicating the issue to us, they treated us like trash, spoke to us like we were stupid and lying, and made a back-handed comment as we exited the store. They even allowed one of their trainees to stare me down as if I’m some type of threat. Their answers seem to be flat-out lies if they don’t want to bother with you… at least their answers don’t line up with what other stores AND online/phone support reps have told me.*I’m not going to this location again after today. I gave 3 stars anyway, because past experiences with other employees have been great here, and today someone there made at least some kind of effort at being polite.Usually I have a simple, pleasant experience here. Yesterday and today were very uncomfortable, though. Yesterday while I was there sitting with an employee, he had a trainee with him that kept staring at me, expressionless. I tried ignoring it. It was just so weird, he didn’t even blink, didn’t speak. Just stared at me.Today, I had to go back in with my partner. A younger lady seated at a table with that same trainee from yesterday, and another trainee, called us over. She was civil at first, but at some point something changed with her attitude. A woman who seemed to be her boss came over to talk to us, she was initially a little snippy with my partner, but seemed to make an effort at remaining polite and professional, even though she seemed a little annoyed OR maybe just tired… the younger girl tho, she was flat out rude. She wouldn’t engage us except to correct an amount I misunderstood, and even that she did smugly and kinda aggressive. Her jaw was clenched, her eyebrows were raised, and she stared straight down at her screen. When I realized this, I looked up and noticed that guy from the day before was staring again. This time I smiled a little, no response. Just stares. I look away, look again, still has his head turned staring at me. Doesn’t look away. Felt so creepy at that point.The woman (manager?) came back and told us that they couldn’t help us in store, and told us some other information that didn’t seem to make sense (but I’m not a cellphone expert so idk ¯\_(ツ)_/¯) but again she did make an effort to explain things differently, and to remain professional even if a tad sassy. So, we thank her, say bye and wish her a good day, she does the same and we all depart. As we’re leaving, backs turned at this point, the younger girl exclaims “Have a nice day!” as if to antagonize us, she had enough of an attitude in her voice to catch the attention of others in the store. It felt terrible in there, creepy too. We felt like we were treated as if we did something wrong for asking for help setting up a SIM card… and worst part for us is that we have no idea why they acted like that! We never yelled, cussed, insulted, attacked, accused, demanded… I mean no clue. No one has ever been that way with us in the past few YEARS we’ve come to this location. It creeped and bummed me out enough to leave a review.

I had a great experience with AT&T retail store near Quebec and 36th in Denver, CO. I waited less than 5 minutes before engaging with the sales associate. I was offered multiple options to achieve my objective with a professional and pleasant attitude. I recommend that you visit this store!

I called this store to see if they can change my line from att prepaid to postpaid when I buy a new phone, they said I would not be able to keep my phone number, turns out it's not an issue at all and they just lied because if I get a new number they would get more commission for the new number, I tried several att stores and they all said the same thing, finally found some good people in another att store that said it was no problem, that store was on 120th and Washington, go there, stay away from this one. They just lie so they can pocket more money.

Alex was really helpful! Phone stores are usually very confusing and complicated in my opinion but I've had two great experiences at this location. Everything is calmly explained and the employees are knowledgeable and eager to help you.

This store is fill with angry and disrespectful mployees. The Manager defends that type of behavior and I and am changing companies because of this experience. I have been with AT&T over 10 years. Extremely disappointed! They deserve no stars but I can not post without giving one star!

Ruben was so helpful and efficient. My phone had been stolen and the SIM card was missing when we got it back. Ruben replaced it and fixed a connectivity issue within a few quick minutes. He was friendly and easy to chat with. Highly recommend this location!

I came in right when they opened and was lucky enough to meet Sandra, the assistant manager, who helped me and made me feel welcome and taken care of. My phone was in realllyy bad shape and literally said SOS in the top right corner, and she didn’t even make fun of me for it haha. She was super sweet and explained my options thoroughly, and made sure I understood all the ins and outs of how I can expect my plan to be affected. I asked a lot of questions and she was patient with me and answered them all and had a kind energy that I super appreciated. They had my phone in stock with colors to choose from, and I was in and out in ten mins. Thank you, Sandra! You’re the best!
