I have worked with Atlantic for the last 5 years they are always professional and responsive never damages on the assets they pack for me. I would not use anyone in the Denver area except this great company.

Contracted Atlantic to move us from Boulder to Dubai in September 2022. The team did a good job packing (we think) and shipment was underway before we left the US. The GM (Marc) stated during the quotation it would take 8 - 10 weeks which was acceptable. The short read is the shipment is massively delayed (4 - 6 months), with zero responsiveness or communications from Marc or anyone else from Atlantic. Not once have they proactively communicated or responded without multiple follow-ups. Now they offer a $500 "goodwill" gesture for the delay on a $28K relocation. Thanks to an AirTag sitting in our container, we know that our shipment was in their Denver warehouse until December. At the earliest, our items will be in port mid march but even that is speculative. We lived in a hotel for 4 months, now are living in an empty house with 3 small children and had to buy some basics to survive, children are sleeping on camping beds, and we had to purchase basics, and these selfish, unprofessional, incompetent swindlers are willing to do nothing to remedy their failures to get our shipment managed.Avoid them at all costs or it will cost you...

Aside from a few broken things, this was a timely move. After nearly 30yrs in the Army, this was a really good overall experience from start to finish…and I’ve had more than a few moves. I’d recommend the Atlantic team to family and friends.

I moved across the country, and as soon as I signed the paperwork, trouble began. The General Manager was unresponsive. My Agent dropped off the face of the earth without so much as an Out-of-Office reply. A new Agent told me there was a big walkout, and that's why no one was responding to me. The GM ignored my attempts at asking questions, adding items on, getting updates, and I was repeatedly misinformed by Agents.I finally called Headquarters and they got involved, so I received my shipment 20 days late, but Atlantic Relocation left behind an entire crate. Almost all the furniture I received was damaged or taken apart with pieces missing.I also received someone else's items that were "professionally packed" by Atlantic Relocation and had no identifying tags, stickers, or labels. Last I heard a week ago, those items were still sitting in a warehouse over 2,100 miles away from Aurora, and those people are probably going through what I'm going through now, fighting to get their stuff back.I received the second shipment over two months late, and half of that was missing. After it was verified the crate was too full to confirm the contents in the back, it was nearly empty when it arrived. One Agent conceded it is possible that my stuff was mixed up with someone else's, and could be sitting in a warehouse somewhere in another state too.I placed a Delay Claim over a month ago, and still haven't heard from an assigned adjuster; and had to repeatedly reach out to another unresponsive Agent, only to be told that there is a huge backlog of claims...UPDATE: This was supposed to be settled, all the correct documentation that was requested on my part was repeatedly submitted, but no one is responding from the company to pay the agreed-upon settlement. Just more getting brushed off.

Based on my experience I would caution against working with these folks. Disclosure- my experience involved receiving a quote , and then I decided not to hire them. Their employees engaged in borderline harassment via the phone, I received around 10 calls from their company from a small handful of different numbers and employees affiliated with Atlas Moving. I answered a few times and each time told them I decided not to move forward with using their service. They would usually hang up on me abruptly at that point, but then proceed to call back from a new number. I ended up blocking multiple numbers associated with their company, after which I finally stopped getting their calls.

The company and men who packed our goods were truly awesome! Dave and his men made sure that they were careful with certain items we deemed more fragile than others. Such a hardworking bunch of professionals. I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks guys! So speedy and efficient.

Just used Atlantic Relo for my move from Longmont, CO to San Rafael, CA. I actually engaged a mover at the destination, and they used an agent to select Atlantic for the CO end of my trip.We were confirmed to pack on a Friday and load/move that Sunday.Friday comes around, we're ready for a 9-10A arrival. At noon or later, the crew shows up, but with no packing materials. They asked if someone else had already delivered them (um, no). Get a call from the dispatcher - sorry, we'll have to pack you on Saturday now. Fine, I've just wasted a day off work, but things happen.Saturday - the two packers come and do an excellent job - friendly, efficient, took great care of our stuff. Gerardo and his partner were wonderful.Sunday... again, we're ready for an arrival by 10A. 11A, noon, 1P, nothing. Finally, I call the fellow who packed for us the previous day and asked if he could ask the dispatcher what was going on (she didn't answer my repeated calls). Get a call back 20 mins later "oh sorry, the driver had a family emergency, but didn't tell us, so we'll have to load you tomorrow". (do you see a theme?).Monday... driver arrives late, and only brings one helper and a truck too small for our stuff (and by now we've done a video estimate and had the packers there, so they know how much stuff we have). With not enough workers, they loaded for 10+ hours (weren't exactly working quickly, but with only two people and all our stuff, can't blame them). Then, after assuring me (repeatedly) that they have enough room - at 8PM - "oh sorry, the truck is too small, we have to come back tomorrow".Tuesday - arrive late again (only 30 mins though, so I take it as a win - at least they came). Finishing up takes another 3-4 hours.Things happen, but that lack of communication and professionalism (the dispatcher wouldn't pick up nor return calls, and her voicemail was off, because of course it was) here were unforgivable IMO.Work with these jokers at your own risk.

I called this company to talk logistics (not pricing) regarding a move from Colorado to Missouri next spring, the guy showed no interest at all, he kept talking across me and he just wanted to get me off the phone. I absolutely will not follow up with this company!!

Luis, Victor, Sondra, Pedro and Luis II packed our entire household for an international move. They were prompt, courteous and very professional. Nothing was too much trouble! Cannot say enough positive things about Luis and his team. They made this incredibly stressful time so much better and went above and beyond to get things done fast, efficient and above all with care. Highly recommend Luis and his team. Ask for them by name.

They did a great job. The crew wrapped everything and went above and beyond. They even got here a day earlier then projected. Marc Corsello and John the driver and his crew were fantastic. Thanks again for everything.

We called them a month in advance to get a quote and listed all of the items. Everything was agreed upon and a downpayment was made. One of the agents showed up at the door a day before we moved and told us that we were misquoted and they would not be able to take our furniture unless we pay DOUBLE. It felt like a scam and we are now stuck with trying to figure out how we can move our stuff across the country in under 48 hours and the deposit was partially paid back
