I appreciate Dr. Neal informing me of each step while repairing my teeth and gums. When I did not have dental insurance I bought their plan so I could keep up with cleaning etc. Now I have commercial dental and I enjoy working with the office staff as the claims are handled well and I know exactly what my responsibilities are before any procedures. The location is excellent and I have never waited more than a few minutes to be brought into the treatment room and begin the procedure. 5 Stars.

I recently had a near-emergency dental situation, and the professional staff at Aspen Dental were able to work me in quickly. Dr. Rossow and his team were remarkably thorough, all while dealing with some mechanical challenges of the restoration (which I will not go into on a public forum). I'm grateful to Dr. Rossow and his skilled Aspen Dental team for saving my tooth and for making the experience (requiring multiple visits over two weeks) a pleasant dental experience. I particularly appreciated being told, as a patient, the medical reasons for different aspects of the restoration. I'm delighted to have established care with Aspen Dental, and I highly recommend them as a practice.[Note: This is a review for Aspen Dental PRIVATE PRACTICE, not the Aspen Dental chain.]

They have gone above and beyond with kindness. I'm terrified of the dentist and they have been very comforting. They make their procedures thorough but equally quick and painless. They are right by where I work but go on my days off just because they truly know what they are doing. I will go back to them for any dental work needed.

I had an exceptional experience that compelled me to share my thoughts, despite my usual reluctance to write reviews. From the moment I checked in to the end of the visit with Natalie, Lilly, Dr. Rossau, and Angela all I have experienced was unparalleled level of professionalism. What stood out even more was their dedication to informing me about each step of the process and the reasons behind their actions. The respect and care they exhibited made me feel valued as a patient.One remarkable aspect was their mutual respect when communicating with each other, addressing everyone by name and maintaining a high level of professionalism. I spent a significant amount of time with Natalie, the hygienist, who not only delivered excellent care but also excelled at explaining procedures without omitting crucial details. I eagerly anticipate my future visits for regular dental care, primarily to continue seeing Natalie.I extend my gratitude for the team's extensive knowledge and for creating an environment that exceeds expectations.

I live nearby and noticed a sign for Aspen Dental…I called the office to get some information and was pleasantly surprised that I was able to schedule an exam and cleaning the following week. My cleaning was very thorough and the hygienist and dentist took extra time to speak with me about some of my concerns. I plan to go back again in 6 months to see Dr. Rossow again.

Hoity-toity practice... I went here initially to have a cleaning done around 2 years ago. The customer service and professionalism went downhill with time. At my last visit the dentist said my teeth were dirty and needed to be cleaned... my last cleaning had been with their practice 5 months earlier. They were also incredibly rude/ unprofessional when I changed an appt to have a painful tooth checked, rather than a cleaning. Both the dentist and staff made a big deal about it, put notes in my chart that I wasn't allowed to have my teeth checked next time, etc. Needless to say I have gone to a new dentist where shaming the patient and blaming the patient aren't part of the "bedside manner"

I recently went to aspen Dental after not having been at a dentist office for 8 years. My teeth do not take Novi cane well and often do not go numb. The Doctors assured me they could get my teeth to go numb. Since my exam I've had numerous fillings completed and have had two teeth extracted (a wisdom tooth and a the molar next to it). All has gone well and both Doctors that have worked on me were very polite and kind. The only thing I would recommend is that they explain the healing process more in depth after my teeth extractions. They answered my questions over the phone and fit me in for an earlier appointment to look over the extraction sites. They are the best dentists I have seen in my lifetime (60+ years old) and I am recommending them to whomever wants/needs dentistry services.

First, love Dr. Noce. She is excellent.But this practice is interested in one thing – MONEY! The front office is rife with fraud. They charge you what they want often circumventing contracted rates with insurance. No doubt the front desk staff are instructed to ream patients.I asked for a simple prophy cleaning, a $68 dollar Delta rate procedure. Next thing I knew, it was a perio-maintenance charge for $206, plus the dentist Neal looked in my mouth and performed an alleged one-minute cancer screen, ching, ching for $78, and then an unnecessary fluoride paint to the teeth for $50. So, $68 became north of $330. All part of the scam.A cleaning patient means nothing to them at two cleanings at $132/year. But when they hit you with unnecessary services and rack up the bill then telling you insurance covers most is FRAUD and unacceptable.Reporting to Delta. Aspen does what is best for Aspen not the patient. And I only chose them because they are part of the Delta network.Then when you challenge the front desk they try to talk down to you. Never again, I will rip her a new one!
