There is so much I could say about Ashley, Kerry, and the whole team behind making and perfecting my engagement and wedding bands. They worked tirelessly to ensure my engagement ring was perfect, and showed the same kind of care and thoughtfulness to my wedding band.

Kerry Velez, Senior Designer at Ashley Schenken worked patiently with me on a cocktail ring that we created from several loose diamonds and gemstones. The result is stunning! Kerry researched ideas for me, did some Cad drawings and listened to my preferences. I would highly recommend booking with her if you want to reimagine some jewelry that no longer has meaning or if you are just starting out on your journey to create from scratch!
I have a one of a kind item that has a lot of meaning to me now. I am already working on another one with her! Ashley was also present a couple of times and is so nice and friendly. It is such a great environment for creativity and beauty!

I just love the two custom bands designed by Ashley. First my loving husband gifted me a matching travel band to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary that is like my engagement ring that Ashley redesigned last year. Next I did a ring to honor the loss of my dog. The Oreo band stacker is perfect with my Ashley bands from my 20th wedding anniversary. LOVE LOVE LOVE this investment that I treasure every day.

I highly recommend Kerry Velez, Senior Designer with Ashley Schenkein Jewelry Design! I am so incredibly happy with my wedding band that she designed around my engagement ring. It is absolutely perfect and brought tears to my eyes when I put it on. Kerry has an excellent eye for detail and her input on what would complement my engagement ring the best were spot on. My experience from start to finish was very easy and very smooth. If you need any sort of custom jewelry Kerry is the designer to go to! I know I’ll be a customer for life!!

We had the most amazing service and experience with Kerry at Ashley Schenkein after having a horrible experience with another jeweler (do not use Sarah O). She was able to deliver exactly what I had envisioned and dreamed of (as someone who was incredibly picky and specific) in half the time that we were quoted at other jewelers. She listened to all of my thoughts, ideas, and wants for my ring and spent nearly an hour making sure I felt heard and understood. Her knowledge and skill in the field helped guide us to create the perfect ring for me and ease my anxieties about the whole process. We spent the next few days emailing back and forth to again ensure that it was exactly what I wanted. She is so responsive and will go out of her way to answer your calls on her personal phone or reply to your emails incredibly quickly. Her prices are so reasonable and not artificially inflated by greed or incompetence. She always kept us in the loop throughout the entire process and was so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. The quality and care of her service is unmatched.

My fiancé and I had SUCH a great experience with Ashley Schenkein Jewelry Design! We were seeking a jeweler that could reset a family stone for my engagement ring and ASJD came recommended by a colleague. Our expectations were so far exceeded! We were able to exchange some old gold jewelry for a metal credit which helped offset the cost of our new ring, which ultimately was under our budget! I wasn’t really sure what I wanted, and Kerry was so helpful and patient, sharing examples for inspiration and suggestions. We ended up with such a stunning ring. It is so gorgeous! I love it. Can’t recommend the team here enough.

My partner and I first went to Ashley Schenkein's storefront after I'd started following them on social media, and they announced a sidewalk sale. I bought a pair of earrings that I love, but then we took the time to look at other pieces inside the store, including their engagement and wedding rings. Their store associate was so lovely and kind, despite us not having an appointment, and measured for our ring sizes, and took notes that she later gave to Kerry and Ashley. It was such a low pressure, relaxed vibe with beautiful jewelry to look at. We then had an appointment with Kerry to talk more specifically about doing a custom engagement and wedding ring set - WOW. She was so knowledgeable, really listened to all the details we wanted (and some we didn't think to ask about), transparent and flexible about pricing and timelines. Communicating with her was so easy, and we were shocked that it all came together so beautifully and quickly - we really thought it would take longer to bring the vision to life, but we had the designs within a couple iterations and I was so excited to see them once done! She then worked with my fiancé to arrange with payment and production. I got to see the rings after he proposed, and they are so beautiful. Unreal to see what the renderings turned into for final product - gorgeous. It was so meaningful to design them together! Highly recommend working with them and plan to bring some heirloom pieces to them to be redesigned in the future, as well as my fiancé's future wedding band.

Ashley personally has been helping me with my 2nd wedding ring. She nailed it. She recognized my vision and has delivered!
