Lived here for 3 years and I couldn't be happier. Juan and everyone in maintenance is awesome, and Ashlee in the office is always so helpful. Love what they are doing with the place.

They have a new maintenance guy by the name of Juan and he is so polite and helpful. Thank you for coming through to fix our dryer, disposal and sink in the bathroom.

They look nice on the surface, but this place is NOT where you want to live. They don’t care about their residents & the experience once you’ve signed a contract. They towed our car after living there less than a week, because we forgot to pay for the $8 parking permit… that ended up costing us $300, AFTER an expensive move. They didn’t care. Our unit was not even cleaned properly before we moved in. Wouldn’t pass health code AT ALL. Disgusting. And of course, nothing has been done about that. There were dust bunnies all over, old food crumbs and rice spilled in the drawers and cabinets. Drains were clogged and backed up when we tried to shower or wash our hands. Had to hire a professional cleaner.Closet door came unhinged repeatedly until we removed it ourselves.

Maintenance came out on a Sunday to troubleshoot a plumbing/sewage issue. Although they were not able to fix it, they have since called a plumber who should be in today. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. Thanks for responding right away!

Great apartments, the only thing is you won’t be able to get sleep especially with the loud noises and people they hire to paint and fix up the place. They are here at 6 am or something earlier, they play loud music, and they talk loud by your window soo inconsiderate. But other than that it’s decent and nice people who live here.

BEWARE!! Predatory Towing at this complex for any future visitors. I was visiting a friend at night. She had just moved there and there. I got towed for not having a “permit” which they strategically place signs in selective areas vaguely saying so. There is 1 sign at the very entrance where there are no lights at night. If you are vision impaired or like a reasonable person assume open, unmarked parking areas are designated as guest spots, they will tow you for $500 on the weekends. I parked in such a spot. No signs, no markings. Towing company is closed at night so they can charge you extra the next day for storage.Imagine there being 1 sign upon entrance saying all spots are for handicapped. You happen to miss it because it’s pitch black. You drive into an open spot that looks like any other parking space. BOOM. You get towed or ticketed for parking in handicapped.I will be filing multiple complaints including local government agencies for these unjust actions. I will also contact local legislators.Edit: Owners response to my review is fake and they do not actually want to help or resolve this matter. I called and they told me they will not be doing anything to help.

My husband and I opened a company. We went to offer our services and we’re treated very very poorly by the leasing or assistant manager that was there as she made racist comments towards his language barrier. I believe that the level of English my husband speaks does not reflect on his quality of work. Customer service needs to be worked on ASAP or no one will feel welcomed at this place.

Normally I wait to write reviews until after I have finished my lease, but a certain incident recently has caused me to want to write one sooner and I may or may not update this depending on how much change we see from now until the end of our lease.Overall this is a fine apartment to live in, especially considering the price in comparison to other apartments. My boyfriend and I have lived here for a little over a year and with the few maintenance calls we’ve done, they have always been very friendly and thorough. I will say though that they would never let us know when they were coming and it would take them 2-7 days to come to the unit to check out our issue but always left it brand new.Pool was always well maintained and although it gets busy some days they seem to stay on-top of keeping the area nice and clean. There is some trash scattered throughout the property but I blame the tenants more on this issue, especially when there are multiple p*** bag locations around the complex.Lastly, parking was never really an issue for us, it does get full pretty quickly but otherwise it’s fine. Recently though, our vehicle sat in the parking lot for less than 24 hours before it was towed with no warning beforehand. Without mentioning details, we felt as if we shouldn’t have been towed and kindly sent an email to the managing office about it, it has been two weeks now and we still have no response which leads me to believe that their communication isn’t the best when responding to tenants. If you’re looking for a fairly priced, well maintained apartment then it is a great place for you!

Its like where do i start. Do not be fooled with how great these apartments look on the outside. They pay a lot of money to keep the outside looking nice to draw you in. Something every other day is broken inside of the apartments, and good luck if maintenance properly fix the issues or not. Still have a broken toilet from last year that they failed to fix. Bath tub is covered in paint so it will peel and become discolored. Half of our kitchen outlets does not work, failed to fix. Leasing office is unprofessional, condescending, and lack luster. Even though they can’t keep a consistent staff (red flag) the incompetent bunch they do hire have disgusting (why are you bothering me?) attitudes. Leasing manager would lie to your face about replying/receiving emails like you don’t have the thread of emails in her face. Please i beg of you run far away , these apartments are too expensive to be this run down with bad management.

I really love living here! It’s centrally located so I can easily get around the Denver metro area. But it’s also quiet and away from traffic noise. It’s located right next to cherry creek trail so I can easily take the dog for a walk. I love the Property Manger! Gina works really hard to take care of everything that pops up! The cost is reasonable and love the pool!!

LOVE LOVE LOVVVVVE this place. I have lived here over 7 years. I seriously have NEVER had any of the issues some of these other residents exaggerated about. Neither have my neighbors so I'd trust the majority here, not the miserable complainers. And that's all it is. Exaggerating miserable complainers. Every property is gonna have issues from time to time. It's how the management team handles them, that counts and I can ASSURE YOU that this team WANTS you to be happy here. What I do know for sure is that having lived here 7 years I am renewing again in August because it's an AWESOME place to live. REASONS YOU SHOULD LIVE HERE: -The management team is an absolute pleasure to work with. -Maintenance tickets are answered promptly and they get it done right the first time. -They pick up that Emergency line 24/7. I know from personal experience. -Gina, the office manager has been incredibly helpful. She has gone above and beyond. She is a true professional and has the patience of a saint. I've witnessed it and her position is not always an easy one. -I've lived in places where when you walk in the office you get the feeling they are annoyed you're there. That is NOT the case here. They are eager to help. - Sarah is one of the most approachable and helpful people on the planet. When you call the office, someone actually answers and it's a human on the other end!!! Usually Sarah. Smiley, great customer service and an awesome listener. She just gets it done without the attitude. -The property itself is quiet and very pretty, especially in the spring. -Dogs and cats are welcome!!! There is soooo much room to walk them and the dog park is literally right down the street and it's less than a mile away. -It's quiet here. Zzzzz. I've lived on both sides of the property and no matter if you're on the 1st or 3rd floor, it's quiet. I work crazy hours and no matter what time I get home, day or night, the facility is safe and peaceful. The neighbors are hardworking professionals and families for the most part. No frat house here. Thank you!!!! -The apartments are updated and spacious. TONS of closet space. -As a community, the people here are really nice. Always willing to offer a helping hand or welcome newcomers. My neighbors are working professionals and are super cool. -Location location location... I25 is less than a mile away in either direction. 225 is also. -The airport is 30 mins away. Target, Pet Smart, Whole Foods, Safeway and Walmart are literally right down the street. -You get a lot for what you pay for here. -The pool is awesome in the summer and the hot tub is open year round. Whoop!!! The gym is available 24/7 and always clean. -I've lived in apartments all over Colorado and by far, this is my favorite. It checks all the boxes. -Just live here already.

I'd say between 2-3 stars. Decent location in Denver and good quality for the price. Overall decent apartment. Only things I'll say about it1. During the middle of summer our AC went out. We called emergency maintenance to get it fixed; its not an emergency unless it's 86+ outside. It was 85. Then they can't even fix the unit even though it's a simple fix2. Moving out with be chaotic and a hassle. Don't expect you security deposit back and expect to be charged a lot after for random charges. If moving out had been simpler and they had their stuff together I would've rated higher. Thankfully the management team worked with us and we didn't have to fork out another $1400 for 2 months we didn't live there. A little advice. They won't tell you anything about a notice of leaving but you need to do so a minimum 60 days before you leave.

Me and a neighbor got our vehicles stolen here. Wyatt's towing has towed tenants having paid parking. Not one camera on the entire property, our vehicles and possessions are easy targets. we cannot unload all of our things from our vehicles daily. I wish they at at least one camera to see what time your things get stolen and maybe get some kind of clue! Some neighbors don't clean after p**** and will throw trash anywhere, not even in dumpster. other than that its a tranquil place to live.... other than theft lol. I guess its rising nationally but for 1650+ id expect better security.

You move into this appointment 1. expect not to get your security deposit, they do everything in their hand to keep it and also come up with all excuse to charge you more when moving out. 2. Not enough parking for that large apartment complex so expect your car to be toed specially if you going to come late.
