The salesman who I worked with was amazing. We ordered a dryer and the delivery guys left after they plugged it in and popped a breaker. Never telling us that. My salesman worked hard to get us a new in the box one that was delivered and setup for free. My 92 year old mother was so happy.

Great product selection. We had some problems with our first salesman. The manager, Adam, apologized, acknowledged their mistakes, and did what it took to rectify the situation. It’s nice to have a manager listen and not make excuses, and instead focus on what they could do better in the future.
The second salesman assigned to our project, James, was great. He followed up regularly to ensure our built in appliances would fit as well as meet our needs. There were no issues with purchase, delivery, or install.

I had an awesome experience with appliance factory. They were able to find me three out of box items that saved me over $2000 and the out of box items had no issues.
They also upgraded me to a luxury brand with the wholesale price discount due to one of my items being out of stock
I would highly recommend working through these guys!

I purchased a dishwasher from the Parker store and Robert Lester was an outstanding sales -
Assoc. I needed a very specific small size for my house and he helped me expeditiously. I was in and out about 12 minutes. Service was phenomenal and so was the delivery! They notified me the night before even though it was a weekend and let me know their time which was 9 to 11 AM. They notified me in the morning again and they called me when they were 10 minutes away. The delivery drivers were prompt, professional, courteous.
I had such a bad delivery experience with Home Depot before this, three no-shows from them on a delivery of a new Dishwasher. ?
Appliance Factory was more than happy to match the price and even gave me a veterans discount.

Absolutely loved my experience! The salesman Johnathan was super amazing in helping me find the perfect washer for my families needs! He listened to my concerns and went out of his way to ensure I would be happy with my purchase. And by the end of it all I was VERY grateful to have such a knowledgeable and friendly person like Johnathan to walk me through the process!!! (Especially when you have such a large range of selection that seems to fit every need to pick from)
The washer itself is superb, and having the installers come in to my home was a breeze. The men moving my old washer were extremely professional and timely. ?

I needed a weird shaped fridge. My mother has opinions about what a dishwasher should be. They were able to cater to both of us. ???? Open box items looked great
Also this is my first major appliance, Kristin was able to walk me through what I would need to do/know before purchasing, and when the best times were. The store manager was in the day I bought my fridge, and made sure I got what I was looking for.

Awesome selection. Many options that you can't get at big box stores. Have bought all my appliances upgrades over the years from here but my most recent experience buying a dryer will keep me coming back for life.
Buying and delivery were easy as usual. Dryer died after two days of use. Appliance factory coordinated to get a manufacturer tech ASAP and they did a minimal repair and claimed it was fine. It wasn't. They dealt with the manufacturer and we were able to get a better brand delivered 2 days later. Huge thanks to Kristin for all your help.
