Everyone in the store was very helpful and polite. Did not over or under sell. Our fridge was destroyed during delivery, however the store representative called me, promptly resolved the issue and even upgraded the new fridge being delivered at no additional cost. Have you ever tried fighting an issue like this at Home Depot or Lowes? Good luck! This was really great customer service and I will definitely go back for next appliance or mattress need.

I entered the store upon moving back into the neighborhood, needing a washing machine. I was warmly greeted. I found 3 machines that fit my needs. The salesman allowed me to approach him when I was ready for his assistance and proceeded to show me the entire inventory, explaining that although I had an idea of what I wanted, it was good to make an informed decision. His explanations were concise and interesting, I felt he knew that I understood what he was saying. When I left, I was fairly certain that I would return for my machine, as the prices are compatible with the larger stores where I also am looking. I liked the machines I looked at that fit my pocket, but may go for an upgrade because the finance plan described to me is reasonable.The shop is well-lit and arranged in a way that the eye follows the merchandise easily.The sales professional is personable, unassuming and very knowledgeable as he shared information.I suggest this shop for washer and dryer purchase, also for mattress purchases.

The dishwasher installer was outstanding. The washer installer was poor. He did not tighten hoses so there was a leak. He also was not able to install the washer close to the drain, so instructed me to buy an extension. He also told me that my water valves were bad and needed replacing. Fortunately, the dishwasher installer came in and was allowed to correct everything on the washer install .He even tested it to make sure it functioned and no leaks. I’m very greatful for his can-do attitude, and not leaving me with the problems.The store salesman was great in finding the best costs for all of the he appliances I needed: range, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer.
