DO NOT GO HERE! I’ve gotten 4 units (2 washer machines and 2 dryers) with the last past 3 years and they have all died on me. This business is going out of business and only accepts cash. Don’t waste your money and go elsewhere. They said there’s nothing that could be done even though it is a new unit right out of warranty.

The entire experience with ApplianceSmart was excellent! Val and the staff are friendly and helpful; they were flexible with delivery; and installation was a breeze, even in this old house. Our refrigerator and dishwasher seem completely new with manufacturer warranties but at a fraction of the price. I will go to ApplianceSmart first in the future.

I purchased a brand newLG stove from this store with a one year warranty. One of the tops on the range stopped working. LG c oh yes not locate the part needed to be replaced. They told me to contact the store where I purchased the stove, I did. appliance smart refused to try and fix my stove and told me that I was out of luck because LG noted I had a pit on my stovetop. Not true!!!! Regardless I am out a brand new stove and no one will take responsibility!!! Never purchase from this store again. Very shady people!!!!! Not worth any discounts available label!

We found this company after a horrible experience with Factory Appliance. They sold us a near perfect 'scratch and dent' fridge for a great price and was able to deliver it the next day. We are so pleased with their service and new fridge and are customers for life!

Friendly and helpful customer service from both the staff in the store and the delivery crew. I go here to buy new appliances - what's a cosmetic dent in a brand new fridge when I was going to cover the fridge anyways in airport magnets? A huge savings, e.g. paying one third the cost for a brand new fridge.

Buying a new washer and dryer was about a 6 month research process for me, from machine type to retailer. I can confidently say that ApplianceSmart has the most competitive pricing on new appliances in the west Denver metro area - they beat out all major competitors prices and were able to deliver/install within 48 hours of purchase. There was a small leak noticed behind the washer about an hour after installation - after a call to Val they had someone at my house to fix it within 20 minutes.Overall incredibly great buying experience - I’d fully recommend ApplianceSmart compared to other nearby stores and chains.

I meant to write this sooner. This appliance store is absolutely wonderful. The staff is very helpful and courteous. The delivery/install technicians are extremely professional and friendly. I was extremely impressed with the techs and their ability to install all four appliances without issue. Let me tell you, they work fast. The ladies I have spoken to over issues with registering my kitchen appliances with the manufacturer (manufacturer website stinks) has been reassuring that I purchased from the right store. I recommend ApplianceSmart without reservation. I will be returning at some point to upgrade my old dryer because they have earned my trust and repeat business.

Our refrigerator broke down and we needed a new one ASAP. Most stores I checked would take 1week to a month to get a refrigerator delivered . At Appliance Smart I was able to buy one and get it delivered the next day- they had a good selection and very reasonable prices and knowledgeable friendly staff. highly recommend this store !
