If you're looking for a positive environment to learn real parkour techniques, this is the place for you! All the local competitions simply can't match the knowledge and skill of the trainers, and their performance speaked for itself when their chase tag team won the 2023 world championships.Whether you're going to elementary school or are 40+ years old, there's a class for you at your skill level!Once you start going, you'll find benefits far beyond the gym. My parents find they are much more coordinated in day to day life, and have significant improvement in all sport activities!I've been going for 6 years, and now my body is capable of things I previously thought impossible!

An excellent place to take your kids to work-off some energy, and learn something cool. With engaging and communicative instructors, reasonable class options, and special events, you're bound to find something that the kids are interested in.

a few years ago, after my friend passed away, i started spending a lot of time alone- mostly watching youtube- when i found parkour online…i never thought i’d be able to do parkour or participate in the sport i loved watching and helped me cope through difficult times…but i started at apex about two months ago in an adult beginner class and parkour is one of the most body positive, beginner friendly, and enjoyable sports i have ever tried and my appreciation for the sport has been strengthened by my ability to learn and challenge myself. Highly recommend Apex.

Apex Denver is an amazing environment. Both my son and I spend a significant portion of our time there. Apex is so much more than a gym, it feels like an amazing family. The way my son has been treated and encouraged is one of the most amazing experiences. Watching him grow and seeing his confidence bloom where it hadn't in other activities is a direct correlation of how amazing all the coaches and staff are here.As an older adult, being able to partake in over +40 classes is amazing. I was concerned about going into the gym with all the world class athletes and wondering what they would think. Here is the thing, everyone is in it for each other and are about lifting each other up. Those classes are hard but not impossible, regardless of age or fitness level. You forget as an adult how good it feels to just move and use your body.I have never met anyone who has said anything but amazing things about Apex and there is a reason for that. APEX is amazing!

We were staying with family in Boulder while visiting from NJ. We took the drive to Denver and boy were we glad we did! My sons been training for a couple years with Inlet Parkour but we don't have a gym yet. So Damien was amazing on the phone while I was planning the trip, and so helpful in person. Then on to Kai (spelled right I hope), who taught a freerunning class. He was knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging. After that class my son did the 2 hour open gym. Any questions were answered, support from other athletes, watching people train on silks, huge wall tramps and trapeze was very entertaining. I can't say enough about the staff! It's great to see that in my experience that no matter where we travel, the parkour community is the same. Apex Denver is a place not to be missed!

This place is fantastic. The instructors make learning the basics super accessible - they're always encouraging and positive and make each class unique and fun no matter what your skill level is. Every time I leave feeling exhausted - but energized and inspired at the same time. They do more than just parkour too - aerials, juggling, tricking - it's a playground for your body and mind. So glad I found this place and will keep going!

APEX is an amazing gym. Great coaches, great people, fun atmosphere, huge variety of SUPER cool activities. The coaches are looking out for everyone's best interest, making sure everyone is comfortable with the activity, ensuring form is correct to avoid injury. Plus I've had opportunities to perform in student showcases and even in real outside events as a solo performer! Something I didn't think I'd really be able to do as just an aerial hobbyist. Come check out any of the classes, you'll be very welcomed regardless of age, gender, physical ability, etc. I'm very glad I can be a small part in this awesome community. Thank you APEX!

We love Apex! And when I say "we" I mean the family. This is a great community of athletes that truly have an inclusive spirit. The gym is unique in that there are so many activities to choose from. The coaches are skilled, knowledgeable and truly have a way in teaching and instruction that aids people with all abilities, every level to level up. We really feel grateful to have found Apex.

APEX is my favorite place. I have taken pretty much all of the classes they offer throughout the last few years and I am constantly impressed by the quality of the coaches. But most of all, I love the community of this gym! Everyone is insanely nice and supportive - come join the best group of athletes in Denver!

Apex is absolutely awesome!! They have so many options, from parlor, to aerial, to contortion and flexibility. This gym offers the widest variety of classes and at the best price with unlimited classes at a great price. The coaches are incredible!! This place is perfect for people of all ages!!! We love it here!

Much easier to do than I thought. Great instructors and a fun exercise program for adults. I still have a ways to go, but learning the techniques makes it easier than it looks.
