Caitlin gets things done effectively and efficiently, and has management written all over her. Someone needs to promote her! As long as she works here, I will be a happy tenant!”

“What a phenomenal apartment building and overall space. I cant recommend it highly enough. Hosted an event in the lobby space and was so impressed - they have a full bar area set up and a wide variety of seating areas. Would be great for working remotely as well. The attention to detail was impeccable, especially the local art work installations. The rooftop pool was BREATH TAKING! In such a great location with so many restaurants and bars near by.”

“I’ve been living in this apartment community for some time now, and I can’t say enough about how safe and secure it feels here. The property is well-maintained, and there’s a real sense of care from the management team. Bianca and Cole, in particular, are fantastic—they’re always professional, attentive, and genuinely care about making this a great place to live.

I love how centralized this place is, allowing for shorter commute time to most places.

Living next to the train tracks has been fine for me. The freight trains are usually short and take about 1-2 mins to pass. The sound insulation is good, but won’t completely block train noise out. If, that is a concern for anyone, they might have better luck living in the suburbs or a rural area. There is going to be some type of noise living in an apartment right next to a light rail station in an urban area.

The property staff does a wonderful job communicating any repairs or maintenance updates, whether it’s with the amenities or anywhere on the property. They’re transparent about timelines and always keep us informed, which is greatly appreciated. Service requests are handled quickly and properly, showing their dedication to resident comfort.

Of course, there are going to be issues no matter where you move, but what stands out here is how the community handles them. What’s more, there are a handful of residents who are proactive and genuinely work together to be part of the solution. It’s refreshing to see a community that cares and collaborates to maintain a positive living environment.

Front Range Patrol is also very responsive, addressing any concerns quickly and effectively, which adds to the peace of mind here. It’s clear the property management prioritizes safety, quality, and community, making this a great place to call home.”

“Lived here for a few years including transition from of building from Holland to Griffis and it’s been a good experience so far. The new Griffis team including building manager Tamara has been making steady improvements to the building and community. Events recently have been fantastic. Overall a fun place to live!”

“I've lived here for almost 3 years and ended up coming back after trying another lease nearby that was a nightmare (Greystar). Long story short, I came back because Chestnut Ridge and the management here gets the basics right. Quiet community, good amenities, and staff/management here are just super friendly and transparent. The location here is unbeatable living a step from the 225 and 25 intersection. Maintenance staff are reliable and responsive. Deja, the community manager here, goes above and beyond to create events for residents and keep us in the loop on anything, good or bad. IMO, the rates here are reasonable considering the peace of mind that comes with it.”

“My apartment flooded October 13, so I had to live in the guest suite, as well as at the Kasa at AMLI RiNo. It definitely wasn’t ideal (especially having to move around a total of 5 times) with my dogs being so traumatized and confused, but I will say that the leasing office took care of me as best they could. Daniel (head of maintenance) was AMAZING! He kept in contact with me the entire time and kept me updated about the status of my apartment. The entire maintenance crew was great; they moved all my stuff for me so that I didn’t have to do it alone. Talk about a team effort. This definitely isn’t something you find at most apartment complexes…so I’d definitely recommend moving here for the 5 star treatment.”

“Bronwyn, Graham and Raechele were so helpful on my move from Minnesota to Denver! Made it such a great experience doing a lot of the prep remote. Answered my questions in a quick response time and provided all the necessary information. Move-in day was so easy and painless! Great location close to Coors Field - Would recommend!”

“Loved loved living here. One of the nicest apartment complexes i’ve lived in, in regards to staff and overall look. The staff was always super kind and helpful. They planned activities for the tenants which i thought was super sweet. Never had any outstanding maintenance issues and always had them taken care of ASAP if i did. My only issue is with other tenants, pick up after your dogs people!!”

“This is the second time I am living at Promenade. I liked it enough to come back. My apartment is spacious and comfortable. Beautiful property. But the property is showing its age and is desperately in need of upgrades, especially the outdated 25 year old kitchens.”

“The location of the building is great, the amenities are exactly what I wanted, the apartment I ended up with is beautiful. I recently moved from VT to CO for work, which was unfortunately frustrating and difficult.

The staff in general has been excellent about fulfilling all my requests and helping me navigate the stressful process of relocating and finding the right fit in the building.

I especially want to highlight Brianna, who has not only been positive and a pleasure to deal with, but has adroitly taken care of everything each step of the way, made everything easy for me, and made me feel like my needs are respected and prioritized.”

“I have lived at Luxe for about a year and a half and have had a fantastic experience. From the amenities, staff, and security, Luxe at Mile High is run with excellence in every way. The amenities are wonderful! I use the gym, hot tub, and bark park daily. There are always staff available up front to help, and they do such a great job fostering a welcoming and enjoyable community with great attitudes and monthly events that are super fun. Nicole from the front office was so helpful getting me settled in initially and has always been a friendly face around the complex. There are also always staff cleaning the halls and amenities. Luxe values cleanliness! Another thing that was a big deal to me as a young female living in Denver is safety. The 24/7 on site security puts me at ease as well as all of the other safety measures in place. If you’re searching for a place to live in Denver, I don’t think you will find anywhere better than Luxe!”

“I should have written this review long ago, but I cannot tell you how much I love the Resident Experience Coordinator at The Confluence. Abigail puts on the very best events from Happy Hours to holiday parties to paint n' sip nights to pet costume contests to pop-up-markets. There is always something fun, interesting, and exciting happening. It seems Abigail and the staff have something planned for the residents every week! I don't know where she comes up with these ideas, but they are so unique that you just have to check them out, so you don't miss out! Thank you, Abigail, and I can't wait for our next event!”

“Now that I’m moving out I want to post an honest review. Hands down, best apartment I’ve had in my 15 years of renting. I’m a little nervous to leave it. Starting with what’s most important to me, I never once heard my neighbors from my home, nor did I hear the 24/7 gym even though my spot was right next to it. So important to have a quiet place in the city. As well, this is the best neighborhood for dog walking or just getting yourself outside. Right next to Benedict park and tons of places to hang out. (10/10 recommend going to the Mercury Cafe down the street from here.) Beyond the basics, other things I appreciate: the manager communicates everything when there’s a repair or something to be aware of in the building or neighborhood. The maintenance will treat you like a friend and truly know what they are doing. The monthly fees are super low. There’s security if someone’s doing something they shouldn’t and you can call them to be there immediately. The mailroom has two security cameras. The access points are always locked. They partner with tons of vendors who provide things like happy hours, food trucks, breakfast, etc. Renewing your lease is never an extreme jump in rates. I could keep listing all the great things, but all in all it’s just a great place to call home, and it’s gorgeous. The rooftop is the best in the neighborhood. The gym is huge. Most of the residents seem to be young professionals. I definitely recommend adding it to your list of places to check out if you’re moving.”

“We are really enjoying our time here at Cortland Congress Park! The location is amazing and the recent renovations are lovely. Seriously, there is a Trader Joe's across the street and an adorable neighborhood with restaurants the other way! Best of convenience and a neighborhood feel.The thing that helps make it feel like a home is the kind team and quiet friendly vibe. We had a couple little things in the apartment that need to be addressed including an accidental overflow (on our end) and Josue did an amazing job! He addressed everything quickly and is a wizard at dry wall! We are happy to call this our new home thanks to the team. We personally have worked with Claudia, Arlena, & Josue I and I want to shout out how friendly and amazing they all are! Thank you!”

“I just moved in this week and the staff has been outstanding! I had some minor issues upon move-in and (maintenance) George and Tony, took care of them right away. I had the pleasure of chatting with them while they were fixing things and they spoke very highly of this complex and the people they work with. This says a lot about the community. And of course there's the leasing rockstar- Kendra. Kendra is the most delightful human you'll ever meet. I never enjoyed a tour so much- she had me laughing the entire time. She's been such a support during my move in and has gone above and beyond her role - like moving some packages into the locked parcel boxes when Amazon didn't follow deliver instructions. The staff has put my mind at ease - especially since I saw so many bad reviews about maintenance issues on other community sites when i was shopping apartments. I lived in a luxury condo building a few years back and that was no where near the service and treatment that I've been receiving at The Den. Thank you guys for making my move awesome! I”

I also met Lorena on my tour, and while there, she assisted a Spanish speaking individual by speaking fluently Spanish herself, and I thought that was indicative of an inclusive environment.
