I have been using this product for years now and I am absolutely so happy with the results. I was experiencing hair loss in the front area and after using the super growth serum my hair grew back longer and thicker in a short amount of time I was amazed!!!! So I decided to order the shampoo and reconstruct to pair up with the super growth serum and sure enough amazing results. I love all the products. My son uses them as well including the beard line and same thing amazing results. I don't go anywhere without my super growth it is a miracle working all natural formula and smells wonderful!!!!! This is a scam!! I placed an order on December 14, 2021. As of today; January 25th, 2022 ; I haven't received my product. Tried calling numerous times, also sent emails and never got a response from them. Paid my order using PayPal, requested a refund and PayPal didn't answer me either. Don't fall for this, it is a scam.

I have ordered in the past and the experience was very good, the products were excellent & shipping was fast. I ordered again with emailing questions and calling and leaving messages without response over a 6 week period and ultimately had to get my money back. Whether you sell on Etsy or your website directly, your business suffers when you cannot reply to customer service inquiries. There is no point in selling products when customer service is zero. I gave a lot of referrals to my family about the amazing products but I can no longer support this business.

After several attempts and reminders on your site and by email concerning my order since May 14, I request the refund of my order. Since you are not responding on your site. Today, I send a message on youtube and on all of your social networks because you are not responding. I have ordered your products since May 7, 2020 and you are not responding, I do not understand. You don't give explanations. If you do not want to sell your products to foreigners, then do not offer international shipments. If you don't want to sell your products, pay me back! I ask for reimbursement. I don't know if you take advantage of this situation because I am from France but I will not recommend your products. I have been patient and polite enough. It is theft and fraud. You collect people and you don't send anything. In any case, companies like you will receive the change in your coin. You are an Ethiopian therefore African, I thought you were an honest woman seeing your face on your site but it is not true. You are a thief!

So this is not an actual store location but I ordered online and the products are AMAZING!!! I called before ordering and I spoke to a lady and she is very polite... I actually learned a lot about hair and how the hair grows and why a lot of products that lay that claim to grow hair really dont. I ordered the full kit and the beard kit and when my fiaí±ce noticed my hair and how its growing and how good everything smells she didn't hesitate to order her own in which now we are full time 7pe users and have the detox shampoo along with the super growth on a monthly recurring order because its that good!! Thanks Ancient Secrets you are a life saver! I was on my way to balding and baldness to now having thicker, fuller hair and its continuing to grow! Truly Amazing!

Wonderful product Wow!! I had a lot of breakage from having braids for two months, when I took out the braids, I was so upset about the condition of my hair. I use this product one time, hair fuller, soft and easy to comb. Step 1: Shampoo with "Hair Loss Shampoo" Step 2: "Hair Loss Treatment" (3-4 pumps) used cap left it on over night Step 3: Blow dry used "Straight Perfection" use just a little a dime size or less till you see how if works on your hair. I had a heredity hair loss problem and have been looking for a product to stop the hair loss but I couldn't until I found 7PE. I found this product through a friend, since I started using this product my hair has been growing back. My hair is now fuller, and I could not be happier. I recommend this product to anyone who had hair problems.
