Not really helpful. I’ve been trying to purchase contacts but has a two - three week wait time. Before, they offered me a sample pair while I waited for my order to come in. Now they claim they’ve don’t do sample pairs. The price isn’t the problem. It’s having to wait without being able to see in the meantime. I’ve been to two different locations to try and take the exam to change brands again for availability reasons but got no help.

I have been going to this location for years now to get my glasses and my kids and they have always been quick and friendly! Always helpful! Just went in and picked up my glasses and got another pair fixed. Thank you ladies!

Excellent customer service! The staff were very kind, helpful, knowledgeable and quick to serve my son and getting him a few new pairs of glasses. They also honored my active duty service with a military discount!

My appointment was roughly 15 minutes everything was done very swiftly also handled very thoroughly . They did a good job at talking me through the whole process of the exam as well as getting glasses after. Thank you!!

Everything was done in a timely manner including receiving the 2 pairs I ordered and if there was anything changed staff was great at communicating that. Loved that they were bilingual!

Best customer service I’ve had in an eyeglass store, the technician Jennifer was so efficient and friendly. I definitely always recommend this location to my coworkers and anyone I come across. Friendly, clean, and great deals!

I had the best experience here! The staff is amazing they are friendly and caring. I took my old glasses that broke and Karla was able to fix them and adjust them for me. My eye exam was great and the optometrist who did it was professional and nice. I got contacts and a new pair of glasses! Maria and Josephine assisted me wonderfully, they helped out with all the questions I had. I would definitely recommend this place.

My experience was excellent they were all so sweet and patient with me . I didn’t feel rushed and my glasses came in time ! Loved them by the way Josephine was AMAZING AND KIND! As well as Maria and Carla were sweet !

If I could rate them 0 stars I would! The employees are beyond rude! We went in looking to buy frames because my boyfriend broke his and from the moment we walked in, we were treated rudely!

I'm amending my previous review. It's been two weeks since I placed my order and I hadn't heard from them. When I called I was told the frames were sent to them without lenses! And that the glasses had to be reordered! And it will take an additional couple weeks! The timing doesn't bother me as much as the fact that they didn't even bother to call and let me know about the delay.

The employees here are extremely friendly and professional and overall my visit was a positive experience. That being said, they got my prescription completely wrong (I’m nearsighted and my prescription indicated farsightedness) and my new glasses make my vision much worse. When I talked to them about it, they just said I needed to wear them all the time for several weeks to get used to them (I don’t need them except at night and when reading things far away). The optometrist knew this and never said anything about needing to wear them all the time. The employee who told me I just needed to get used to them (who I don’t think was an optometrist) was pretty condescending about it, too. I’d go somewhere else if I were you.

I had to go back 3 times just to pick out glasses. I could have waited but there were several people ahead of me so I had no idea how long it would be. Another factor was at play here, it was the last week of the year when people are trying to use their insurance benefits. That didn’t apply to me, my frames broke so I needed glasses.

Showed up to my 80 year old grand mothers appointment and was told we had to reschedule. Not another customer in sight. Argued with me about coming back in an hour. It's snowing outside and already takes so much to get her to an appointment. Finally after arguing for ten minutes they said they would see her. So what was the problem. Age discrimination!
