I have been very please with the service provided from American Lighting. I purchased lights over a year ago. A few months later, I experienced issues. They quickly replaced them. Recently, I started having the same issues with the replacements. I contacted them again. Within an hour, they replied to my message with an explanation of the issue and resolution.
Every product has the potential of being defective. How the company handles the situation is what can make or break them. Great job to their tech team.

I cannot say enough about this company...in a GREAT way!!!! I contacted them regarding an issue I had, that was my fault, not theirs and they immediately responded. In fact I was shocked my email was answered so quickly!! They helped by mailing out the replacement parts from Colorado to New Brunswick, Canada. I offered to pay but they did not let me!! I feel like customer service has gone by the wayside with many companies, except this company stepped up and made me eat my words!! I take that back, this company has amazing customer service and I will be a loyal customer to them, and tell as many people as possible what they did. Thank you American Lighting Ps their products are excellent in quality, so well made!!!!

I called customer service for a light (one of four in our kitchen) our electrician installed 5 years ago. It was a LED 3 Complete and we were happy with it until the 3000K temperature started to flicker intermittently. I spoke with Dave and he is shipping a replacement.

Purchased 2 sets of American lighting Puck lights, website stated you needed this adapter power supply for multiple sets, completely inaccurate website description. Components aren't even compatible, wire cords will not plug in to one another, nothing fits, incompatable. $250 down the drain. American lighting is not a company you want to use. I spoke to their customer support, They do not make cable extensions, and they do not recognize the fact that the components they recommend are incompatible. They will not help in any way. I do not recommend this company.. Purchase someone else's products.

I purchased a Spektrum tape light kit and after installation and working properly, the controls went haywire. I spoke with Jason and after some Diagnostics we determined the Bluetooth control was bad. He quickly sent me another one and it fixed the problem.I can't thank him enough for his knowledge and patience helping me.

bought a string of outdoor lights werent cheap at menards for my new deck used one time at labor day next time maybe a week later tried turning them on nothing replaced the battery on the remote still nothing got the voltmeter out no power through the 120/12 volt converter call tollfree trouble number which happened to be american lighting told the rep of the problem who said they knew of defective product and would send me a new one 2 days later i receive a flush step light nothing to do with my problem call back (always at least a 45 minute hold time)tell me sorry theyll send me the right item but it was backordered till nov.19th so now ive been on hold for 53 minutes dont get an answer soon ill take the lights back to menards for a refund

We have been working with American Lighting for years now. They are continually at the forefront of the lighting industry with their innovative product offering. Many manufacturers develop a few lights and are complacent with their offering but American Lighting goes above and beyond. Their LED tape light, downlights, and other linear lighting is second to none. However, their most important and finest qualities is their customer service. Anytime we need an order expedited to one of our customers they make sure we are taken care of and that’s what service is all about. We look forward to working with American Lighting for many more years in the future.

called them for a return and it took them more than 4 weeks to get it replaced. worse when i called 3 different people had to look into it, even the manager had no idea what she was doing. still waiting for this package.

I recently had 13 American Lighting lights installed in my house. 8 have failed within the first year. After giving me a run around for weeks, and ultimately agreeing to replace them, they stopped responding to all of my communication and have done nothing to make the situation right. AVOID THIS PRODUCT AT ALL COST. You will have to replace all of them on your own dime.

I can't believe it! I had an issue with my relatively new kitchen lighting set up. It was very complex and extremely frustrating for even the electricians. We called American lighting and Kevin was unbelievably patient and helpful on the phone. However we ascertained that I needed an exchange on my remote control. Two weeks later and uninvited, I strolled into a phenomenally large building - American lighting. I was not only hospitably treated immediately by the receptionist, but invited into the back where many of the employees came by to meet me. Kevin interrupted his extremely busy day to help me for over an hour! Everyone seemed to enjoy their jobs and really care for their customers. Kudos to all and thanks so much American lighting. You have a customer for life and I hope many get to read this. Customer Service is alive and well in Colorado!
