I ordered my medication a week ago - they didn't overnight it until Tuesday - and Fed Ex has still failed to deliver it. I've been asking for assistance since Wednesday or other options - but they won't help me get my meds fulfilled any other way. If I don't start taking my meds by tomorrow morning my medical procedure is going to fail and Alto will have cost me over $15,000. Customer service reps will not give me their names as they assist me - which assist doesn't seem like the right word since I've gotten no help to find a solution.

I'm using Alto for my fertility medication based on the recommendation from my fertility doctor at Shady Grove. The first time I ordered from them was wonderful they were quick and efficient and I was like how noce is this? Well fast forward to this month and I placed my order last week. It was shipped out on Monday for delivery on Tuesday. It was a quick delivery because the medication requires refrigeration. Well it's Thursday evening and I still haven't received it yet. I completely understand that FedEx is to blame for that and that has nothing to do with Alto. However, when I spoke to the pharmacist about wanting a new fertility shot that has been refrigerated because this one hadn't been for three days now they told me that its totally ok the manufacturer says it doesn't have to be refrigerated for 30 day. Despite the fact that the injection itself, the FedEx website, the Alto app and pharmacist, and my personal doctor all made it clear it needed to stay cold. It took talking to three people to be able to get a new shot but i would have to pick it up in store and the closest location is an hour and half from me, I didnt feel i had much of a choice so I agreed but then they told me I would be responsible for paying for it. I explained to them that's unfair because the delivery is three days late and the response I got from the Alto representative was that i have to pay because the medication will still be ok even though it hasn't been refrigerated and i was just being picky about it. For somebody going through IVF and the magnitude and complexity of it and to have your pharmacy basically tell you that its fine and whatever just use it is extremely disheartening... I will now ask my doctor to fill my prescriptions with a different pharmacy.

They don’t have the best support system, you can’t price medication on their App, you and your doctor have to play a guessing game to figure out affordable medication options, will not consult with insurance for best options, do not accept GoodRX either.

They do not answer the phone. I never received one of my auto-renewed meds and got zero communication from them as to why. They scheduled it 3 weeks past when I should have gotten it. After writing to someone (robot) in the app, they tell me it's on backorder. Why couldn't they tell me that so I can go look for it elsewhere? I've had this happen a couple times now. They've also sent me "30-day supply" before with just 20 pills in the bottle... Also, sometimes I'm getting deliveries 4 times a week. What a disorganized mess and waste of everyone's time.

I’m a physician that gives them thousands of dollars of business and they can’t even provide basic service to me. Two years ago they were the best in the business, but now this company has gone so far downhill, even their sales reps are leaving.Meds are charged and delivered that weren’t ordered or prescribed (a clear violation of Federal drug laws) and things that are prescribed are forgotten. They have the highest prices in Denver. No one ever answers the phone. The only thing that works well is their app. This company needs to be either reorganized or shut down.

Arrived on time, safely, and with a couple of free caramels in the package which was a nice touch. Didn't get the best price on all meds, but my doctor was willing to send one prescription to them and the others elsewhere.
