Right away I was instantly attracted to this store from the HUGE butterfly wings out front. I knew that was a sign that I was going to love this store. I was greeted right away and tended to. Both girls Melissa and Frances were lovely at making sure I was happy with my purchases and if I had any questions about anything they were there to help. Not only were they attentive, but also super sweet and friendly which just added to the great atmosphere in there. If a CEO or manager is reading this, PLEASE GIVE THESE GIRLS A RAISE. We are from out of state and it is so refreshing to have people who actually WANT to help you. They made us feel welcome ? 10/10 recommend this store and their employees

Very annoying!
Poor customer reception. Staff trying to ignore instead of helping.
Drove all the way from Fort collins, reached at 5:55 for a return and saw the doors already closed. Was trying to reach out to a staff member standing right in front of us. Clearly got ignored.
They somehow passed 6pm mark and told us it was past their closing time despite explaining it.

I love this place!!! I have only been to the one in Detroit but we visited Colorado for the week and I was so happy to see this store at the mall. Everyone was so kind, especially Ashley who help me try on 20+ dresses hahaha. Thank you all!

This is the best place in the whole world! I left my bag out on the table & they found me in a crowded store (rush hour Saturday) to make sure I got it back!! I am pretty sure it was a girl assigned to the very front & I just appreciate this more than words can say. All the girls were so helpful - it really felt like I had a team of stylists!!!!! Cutest clothes ever toooo!!! Like 1 of everything please!!!! Everything I get here receives so many compliments ???

This store is fabulous and filled with so many cool items, it's a great gift shop as well as amazing and beautiful fashions... Modern, yet classic. I come here any time I go to the mall.

I love this location because that staff is always so much more helpful than Park Meadows. I went Tuesday morning hoping to find stuff for a bachelorette party I’ll be attending. Lilly was very nice but seemed rush with helping me as she was constantly talking into her Apple Watch. She put me in a fitting room but didn’t check up on me at all so I had to keep going back and forth from my room to the floor. I was excited about getting their excellent customer service but was disappointed with it this time. Cherry Creek will still be my go to and hope it was just a bad day.

I had the pleasure of visiting Altar’d State and was even more pleased to have met Jasmine and Eva. They are amazing, very nice, patient and very helpful. They patiently showed me a great selections of dresses, skirts and lovely tops. Thanks to their help I found the perfect size and style for me. If I ever need anything in the future, I’ll be visiting Altar’d State first.Thanks so much to all the ladies there. You all make people feel special.

This story is amazing! My daughter absolutely loves it here loves it here. They also are really awesome and put your name on the door when you are trying on clothes they have a prayer list book which I thought was amazing outside of the dressing room and the staff is absolutely excellent all the girls are fabulous We will be back here at a later date also they are holiday hiring so if you know a teenager who needs a job this is the place to be be really great Environment
