Terrible service! They won't answer calls or call you back. They won't credit you for missed service or cancel your account. They take messages, but no follow thru and keep billing you with interest.

This company is very unethical. They force you into contracts that they do not honor them selves. If you communicate with them do it with certified mail or you won't have a leg to stand on. Service is terrible, prices are way out of line. There are a lot better companies out there. I think they are ripe for a class action suit.
