Parker alpine is the better of them. The one on pacos is ridiculous. The lady working the front there is stuck up and rude. That's why I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. So now we only go to the Parker location.

These guys think they own the road. Drive like they are the only important people out there. Never mind the fact just this morning I saw 5 trucks double parking at gas pumps, blocking other customers. While sitting there chatting and honking their horns thinking they are funny. You're not. Get out of the way and let other people get gas.If this ok behavior for your drivers you should hire new people. Don't use this company

If i could leave 0 stars i would. Our architect had recommended Alpine Lumber so they were our first place we looked for custom trusses. I stopped in with our plans, had a conversation with 2 sales men. Was told a ridiculous quote range (up to $5,000 when the actual project should have been $500), but to send over digital plans and we'd discuss timing, pricing, etc. Minutes later I sent the plans over. From this point on I was ghosted. I left multiple voicemails, sent follow up emails with no responses or even confirmations that they were received. I called the main office and was forwarded to make sure I had the right number (and to make sure my email was delivered) - again voicemail and no return call. I only spoke with Lance 1 additional time 2 weeks later, when he answered the phone by accident when it was forwarded over to his personal cell; and he seemed to know who I was without even asking my name. "I'll send you a quote by the end of the week." NOPE. Nothing. We had a hard deadline and waiting on this unprofessional team put our project at risk. I gave up and went with another company and highly recommend Direct Lumber and Door. Go to them if you actually want a response!Lance- if you don't want the project, just tell your prospective customer that and don't waste their time.

No signs to tell delivery semi where to go . The a -hole that took paperwork tried to act tuff . Being employee owned maybe learn how to treat others better.

On Friday I ordered 6x6x10 posts and 2 of them came in cracked. I came to exchange them and they only had cracked pieces. They ordered 2 posts to be sent from the Parker store that would arrive on Monday. I called on Monday and they told me to call the Parker store. I did and they told me they forgot to put them on the truck. Tuesday came and went, nobody contacted me. I called back on Wednesday and they said they had them. I got to the lumber yard at 10am. I was told by an employee that they didn't have them. At 11:40am they found the posts. So they did have them, but they are so disorganized they didn't know. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

No communication, or signs, you’re just expected to know what to do. And if you don’t they make you wait forever. Waited 2 hours for 10 things. Get your s*** together guys. Forklift drivers are clueless, and entirely unhelpful.

I stumbled upon Alpine Lumber Company through their charitable collaboration with Denver Home Builders Foundation. Simply amazing, they involved me in the planning process and kept me abreast of what was going on live time during the ramp/porch build-out. The quality of their work is top tier, along with the quality of the actual material they used. We are ecstatic to have PVC composite material covering the decking. These guys knocked it out in a day, sacrificing their Saturday to help my disabled mother! We are so grateful for Alpine Lumber Company and highly recommend their services!

Well to start off here, Alpine Lumber has high quality material, subpar (to be nice customer service). First off, I get it, if you are not a contractor you are probably putting in smaller revenue orders and have a ton of questions that seem like a waste of the sales reps time. However, Alpine can go a long way to coaching their sales reps to communicate with a lot less curtness, annoyed tone, and overall bad customer service that makes you regret spending thousands of dollars. A lot of room for improvement at least from the sales rep I have had to deal with, tried killing with kindness, it just got worse. Maybe sifting through lumber half the cost at home depot would have been worth it, bc at least you don’t get the feeling you are just annoying the company you are buying from. We are your customers, we have questions, you sell a product and service, act like we are somewhat of a north star.

Won’t be buying anything here. It’s almost July and you won’t let customers into your store even with a mask or the vaccine. That’s absurd.Sales rep was rude and minimal assistance offered.

Ordering was fairly easy by phone. Pretty fast service and pick-up.
