Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I wear a larger size than most guys, but I wish they kept a bigger selection in store. I'd like the opportunity to try them on and make a decision rather than order and wait several days, then wait even longer if something doesn't work. I envy guys who have options on demand. They can go in and try several pairs at once. It would be great if the rest of us enjoyed the same.

I didn't actually visit this location in person, but was routed to Brian, who mentioned they work here, via online chat support. I had some questions about shoe sizing and he was remarkably patient, thorough, and knowledgeable in addressing all of my questions. I have little doubt that if you were visiting this store in person, he'd get you fitted perfectly into whatever you're buying, so if you're local, take advantage of that!
Pleasantly surprised by this given the quality I typically receive via support chat these days. Thanks Brian!

Alex at the Denver Cherry Creek location makes me miss the traditional in-store retail experience. I ordered boots online due to a discount offer that I received and wrongly assumed that it was for online purchases only. I received my boots and they were too big. The website indicated that returning at the store was an option. I chose that option so I could be properly measured (try on a similar boot) and return for a refund and reorder myself the correct size. Alex suggested that I try on a particular model that was built on the same platform. I tried on that pair in a smaller size that fit perfectly. He processed the return and reordered the new size to be sent to my address with only the information on the shipping label from my package. No additional information was needed. Even though I purchased the item online, my local store (Alex) stood behind their product/service at store level. Great experience!

So happy to have found the Allen Edmonds men shoe shop at Cherry Creek Shopping Center in Denver, CO. Fully satisfied with the high quality ? leather shoes. Could purchase a very nice pair for my son. Excellent service, extremely professional and knowledgeable team. Will come back for many years to come.

Great service with Brian today! Happily recommend. I actually live in Fort Collins and did everything I needed remotely with him, saving me a ton of time and energy to come down into the store in-person. Very much looking forward to seeing the shoes and belt I ordered for my wedding.

Visited the store yesterday, 9/24, in search of a gift and could not have asked for better customer service. I was greeted by Brian who patiently helped me locate the perfect item. He was incredibly accommodating and the experience was exceptional. I will most certainly return.

I normally give the benefit of the doubt on reviews. The customer service is horrendous. I have spent over $2,000 of goods from this company and I get treated like dirt every time I come in. It’s nice to know that when you spend $300+ on a pair of shoes you get a free dose of attitude with every purchase.
