It was a great easy way of getting my taxes done, however, one thing definitely worth noting. I was informed over email after they had already filed all my paperwork that the fee of service would be $115. However, looking at my account 2 days later and I find that $225 was taken from my account! I'm literally paycheck to paycheck with exact money planned out to afford my upcoming car payment and this put me in a very bad place now. I called to talk about it and was informed that because I worked with Door dash, that they charged this additional $110 fee. Why wasn't I informed about this fee? I still have the emailed conversation between us and never once had she mentioned an additional $110 fee because of Door dash (which is a bit of ridiculous charge in of itself, but I digress). Very upset that I now need to find a whole other way to make up this extra money taken from me without being properly informed. Craziest thing, there isn't even a website! Nothing to look at for these additional prices apparently!

If you are a 1099 - they won't accept you. Judy said they do not have the time to adequately do taxes for people who are 1099... whomp whomp. what kind of tax consultant is that?
